Amazing insight into village traditions - Very educational and enjoyable at the same time. Combined this with a camel safari in the afternoon. The experience on the whole was amazing. Our guide, Omprakash was very professional and always making sure that we were comfortable.

Excellent - Excellent tour, we got to see real village life. Saw the deer and antelope on the way. Stopped at a Nomad camp where we were very welcomed. Saw how they live and arrived just after the birth of a goat. We got to hold the other baby goats. We were made chai with fresh goats milk. Lovely experience. We then went on to the village, shown and joined in with making pottery. Then we were taken to family home who made hand made rugs and offered more chai! Excellent experience and Shambu was an excellent tour guide. He even dropped us off at the palace upon our request.

Village Bishnoi - A half-day trip to some agricultural areas just outside Jodhpur. There are 3 stages. The first in a Bishnoi family to see a small opium preparation ceremony. Then you visit a family dedicated to making clay objects and then conclude with a visit to the family of om specialized in carpet weaving. We had lunch with them before returning to Jodhpur. A few hours fun and out of the hustle and bustle of the cities

Great experience - We had an excellent day at Bishnoi Village with Om Prakash. It was an experience to go to different villages and learn about their local artisans. I thoroughly enjoyed the pottery making. The take away was the experience at his village, his family intricately weaving the rugs, and the delicious home made meal.. the Kadhi & the garlic chutney was to die for.. thank you so much Shambhu ji and Om Prakash Ji

Fantastic experience - One of the best experiences in India! The Guide is very kind and welcoming. We spotted gazelles on the way to the village. Then we tried working the clay in a local shop and finally we were guests at the Guide's house where we could admire the creation of a fantastic carpet. Finally light lunch offered by the house!

Great day out of Jodhpur! - Shambu was a great tour guide, very friendly and immediately made us feel at ease. We loved seeing the weaving and having a go at the pottery. Would absolutely recommend if you have a spare day in Jodhpur!

Chilling experience - Bad experience. You take a ride with a jeep (you would not need any jeep because all paved roads) take you to the house of one, it is not a village, it is not a traditional house is a brick house. Just 10 minutes to show you the opium ritual. A real tourist joke. From here they take you to three stores with exorbitant prices for fabrics and terracotta. These shops are located on the state road, if interested you can go by your own means. You don't see any animals and no villages. Really lost time and money. DO NOT GO

Uninteresting jeep tour - This “safari” is of no interest. The Bishnois live in modern houses. The traditional habitat has been kept nearby for tourists. The tour consists of stops at different shops (potter, carpet weaver, fabric manufacturer). We can see some antelopes, a quick passage through a village allows us to take some beautiful photos.
