Great experience driving and sightseeing from Udaipur to Jodhpur made special by our incredible driver Virendra. - We had a great experience. Our driver, Virendra, was very friendly and thoughtful. He made our trip much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend him.

Superb day going from Udaipur to Jodhpur - My travel plans included travelling from Udaipur to Jodhpur. I checked the possibilities and reached the conclusion that the best soluton would be to do this tour. It was a perfect way of transportation, door to door, and allowed me to know two superb atractions on the way - Kumbhalgarh Fort and Jain Temple in Ranakpur. Two sites of the highest level. Car and driver just perfect, driver Ashok courteous, on time and always willing to help, allowed me the necessary time to see the atractions. Special thanks to him. The company backoffice always checking everything run smoothly. Thanks to all!

Excellent day transfer trip - Excellent and careful driver with clean and reliable car. Special part of trip was to the Fort between Udaipur and Jodhpur. The roads are a bit challenging but the chance to see more of the countryside was worth it.

Unforgettable Journey from Udaipur to Jodhpur: Exploring Mehrangarh, Ranakpur, and Kumbhalgarh - I had a fantastic experience traveling from Udaipur to Jodhpur and back. The journey included visits to Mehrangarh Fort, Ranakpur, and Kumbhalgarh, all of which were truly remarkable. The sites were rich in history and beauty, making the trip unforgettable. Virendra S. is the best driver :-) - Our driver Virendra was amazing! He was extremely kind, a great driver, bought us local snacks, gave us specific tips (also for sightseeing) and taught us some things about Indian culture and politics. His English was great so it was easy to communicate with him. His car was perfectly clean. Virendra and the whole transfer expereience was just the best really!
Based on this great drive we booked again with the same company. However, our second experience with them(Jaipur-Agra) showed that it really is dependent on the driver. The second driver did not speak English at all (which makes it very hard to communicate anything really, as simple as a lunch break), his car was not that clean and he only had one seat belt (which we first had to grab from under the seat) in the back.
So my advice: go with this company and request Virendra as your driver, then you'll have an amazing experience and safe journey! :-)

Very nice journey from Udaipur to Jodphur - Nice trip from Udaipur to Jodphur, with stops in Kumbhalgarh Fort and the beautiful Jain Temple of Ranakpur. Our driver Viru was really nice and speaks English very well. He gave us a lot informations about the cities and the way of living of Indian people. We recommend this tour !

Highly recommended transportation between Udaipur and Jodhpur - Our driver Gajendra was very kind and helpful, also very good at giving us some information about the places we visited and life in India in general. We travelled from Udaipur to Jodhpur via Khumbalgar Fort and Ranakpur.

Chaos. - Chaos, every step of the way.
Firstly, I note our driver was a very patient man, and we don't think it was his fault things went the way they did.
Before booking I contacted the service provider through Viator to ensure five people and five big bags could be comfortably accommodated out of the rain. They said they could, and declined my suggestion of two cars.
Our driver was changed last minute, and there was confusion about the pick up, as we booked for our hotel (which was accepted) and then were told to meet in a car park. After some confusing and frustrating calls and messages this was resolved with TukTuks.
Our bags were put on the roof, but the driver only had a tarp full of holes and short thin piece of rope for this task. Completely insufficient for the task; luckily we were carrying our own rachet straps otherwise the journey would have ended here. The car also was very uncomfortable for five people, with two in a third row with zero leg room.
Due to road closures we missed out on seeing the second stop, the temple. Despite not doing half the tour, our journey still took nearly 11 hours. This was due to long stops at petrol stations, and at one point running out of fuel completely. With the language barrier we had no idea what was happening as the car rolled to a stop and the driver got out and started walking away.
When we arrived all four bags om the roof were soaked through, and we need to dry all our clothes.
Good points: our driver didn't appear to complain or hurry us as any point. As the journey was very long we were offered the opportunity to stop for lunch which was nice.
The reviews made it sound like it would all be very easy, our driver would also act as a tour guide and speak some English, but be aware this isn't guaranteed. We had so many issues, and weren't able to communicate at all. If we could do it again we'd book a private driver for half the price.

Horrible experience - We had chosen the private transfer from Udaipur to Jodhpur via Kumbhalgarh Fort and Jain Temple because we had read very good reviews.
Imagine our disappointment regarding our experience which was very disappointing. The driver almost didn't say hello to us when he came to pick us up from the hotel. He seemed very rushed, and absolutely didn't say a single word to us during the 8 hour transfer.
His car was not comfortable, not clean. His conduct was disastrous, very dangerous. He increased his risk-taking by crashing into the cars in front of him, even if it meant swerving at the last minute so as not to crash into them. We really got the impression that he just wanted to get to the drop-off point as quickly as possible and get rid of us.
When I see that other people were able to spend 1h30 at the fort, we were entitled to 40 minutes tops! We had to run to only see a tiny part when there was so much to see and 1h30 would have been much better. Regarding the stop at the Jain temple, it's not better, we had barely an hour.
On the other hand, he did not hesitate to take all his time to go eat and make us wait in a dusty parking lot when he could have eaten while we were visiting.
We had such a dismal experience that we were in a hurry to reach Jodhpur to regain our freedom. A really unfriendly and unpleasant driver.
