Incredible experience - Visiting this museum was an incredible experience, revealing the depth and complexity of Apartheid in South Africa. It goes into incredible detail to reveal the history leading up to and the causes of Apartheid, but then also immerses visitors into the experience with interactive and video exhibits. Booking with Stephenson Adventures was a great choice, the service from Tsholo was incredibly high quality and professional. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it.

Excellant - I drove with Mo. He was excellent. Good driver, very careful and very knowledgeable on Johannesburg history, especially Sueto and the history of apartide. We visited Sueto and the museums on apertide. It was an eye opener and made me as a Canadian understand wh an upheaval S Africa went through ridding its self of apartide. Again thanks Mo, job well done Keith

Perfectly Balanced Tour - My guide was very knowledgable and patient to share plenty of information and answer my countless questions. I had time to roam by myself and also time to be guided. It was a great balance.

For those who want to delve deeper into South Africa. - We visited the museum with a guide on the first day. We went back the next day on our own to go through everything again. What information! What stories. Fascinating and educational exhibition of a terrible period. Highly recommended for those who want to explore South Africa.

Fun, informative and unique - Mo was a fantastic and friendly tour guide. I was passing through town and wanted to see this museum, but didn't want to figure out transportation and timing on my own, especially as a jet-lagged solo female traveler. This tour was a really simple and fun way to visit the museum, while also have a great opportunity to learn about sights in Johannesburg along the way. Mo was also great in sharing stories and his perspective, which helped me see the city and museum through a local lens. I'd highly recommend this tour company and Mo, who made the experience a great way to start my South African adventure.

An Emotional Rollercoaster of the Rich, Difficult History of South Africa - Our guide, Pule, was extremely knowledgeable and welcomed our questions. I would definitely recommend him! The museum itself was more than I imagined. It pulled on my emotions and was so informative. I really needed two visits to absorb everything.
