My guide Marvin was full of enthusiasm and humor - My tour guide Marvin was very enthusiastic. He introduced the geography of Johannesburg and Soweto in detail and took me to taste the local food. We visited various areas together and with his help, my journey was safe. We spent a pleasant seven hours.

Great tour and company! - I thoroughly enjoyed my private tour with MoAfrika tours - it was the perfect mix of culture and sightseeing with some extra off the beaten path experiences added in. The airport pickup was prompt and the day was tailored to my must see list. The tour guide was the best and very knowledgeable of the city and history. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you for a great experience - highly recommend!

Fantastic Tour! - I needed to arrange a half-day Soweto tour for a group of US university faculty visiting Johannesburg. We had a limited time during the day and MoAfrika Tours was able to provide a tour that met our time limit and included important sites, such as Vilakazi Street, the Nelson Mandela Museum, Hector Pietersen Museum, and Freedom Square, among others. The tour guide, Thabang H., and the driver, Mr. Simon, were excellent! Thabang H. is great with people, flexible, kind, and very knowledgeable. Our group enjoyed the tour immensely and appreciated everything we learned. A few of the faculty members still mention the impact of the tour. For me, this was the second time that I have taken a MoAfrika Tour and they have both been great. I highly recommend their tours!

A great way to explore Soweto - I have very limited time - less than half a day , and wished to have a detailed tour of Soweto. MoAfrika were very accommodating and organized the tour to start early - 7:30 am ,so that we could meet the deadlines I had ,yet not miss out on anything. They were dead on time for pickup and drop back. Thank you The guide , Cpho , was great. A caring and knowledgeable man. Very friendly and proactive. Knowing of the time constraints we had , he started the tour by first inquiring what exactly we wanted to see in Soweto and what were the "must sees".N once advised of this he proceeded to expose us to a fair share of the different aspects of Soweto- what he termed as the good, bad & ugly . It was a very informative tour. N I was traveling with my daughter and never at any moment felt unsafe despite the reputation, unfortunately and unfairly I feel, that Soweto has . A great way to explore Soweto

Great private day trip to Pretoria and Soweto, excellent guide! - Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) took the full day tour by private minibus from Johannesburg to Pretoria and Soweto and everyone loved it. It was a full-on day (Pretoria - the Voortrekker monument, Kruger House, Union buildings and Mandela statue), then lunch in Soweto with visits to the Mandela home and a typical Soweto township house. We finished with the Apartheid museum and managed to see everything we wanted, which was brilliant. Our guide, Khutso Modishane, was professional, knowledgeable, an excellent driver and very patient, given everything we wanted to see, and we would highly recommend both Khutso as a guide and Mo Afrika as a company. Thank you for a great day!
