The guy working, who I assume is the owner, is extremely nice, personable, and explains everything clearly for you. The elf room was well designed and has such a fun vibe. It is definitely family friendly, in that you're there to have fun and enjoy your time, not be stressed out. It was a fun date night around the holiday season too! I've now done two of the rooms here and can't wait to do the third one in the future.
