Amazing experience with Sherazade - Jordan is very safe despite the ongoing conflicts surrounding the country. The people are very friendly and welcoming, though there are a lot of touting in tourists spots, which is normal in most countries. Enquired with Sherazade and Hayyan was quick to reply through text. Everything was seamless and efficient which I liked. Yousef was the airport representative who picked me up upon arrival and handled all visa matters. It was very quick as we managed to skip the queue. Shadi was my assigned driver for the 6 days and he is one of the best. Always on time with his arrivals, very accommodating to time changes if I needed more time at a specific site. He gave recommendations for places to eat and secret sites to take good photos with a view. When traffic is bad, he takes different routes to minimise travelling time. Very friendly with good hospitality. Covered the famous sites - Citadel, Jerash, Dead Sea, Mount Nebo, Petra and Wadi Rum. Stayed in Aladdin camp in Wadi Rum and paid a little more for the panoramic dome which provided a good view of the canyons when you wake up. The camp was in the middle of the desert and not close to traffic which was nice. Had a good time in Jordan and definitely recommend people to visit this amazing country.

Unforgettable experience - We are preparing to return home after 5 magical days spent in Jordan. Sherezade Travel arranged our trip to Amman, Petra, the Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea and Jerash. Having an experienced driver made all the difference (a first for us). We did not have to stress about logistics as everything was taken care of. This allowed us to focus on the travel experience instead. Diaá, our driver, went out of his way to make the trip pleasurable! He personified Jordanian hospitality…Difficult to decide what the highlight was, as every destination was special, but Petra was probably the day that we will remember most. We can definitely recommend the package, format and people involved. This was honestly one of our best trips.

Great trip in Jordan with Sherazade Travel and Emad - First I would like to thank our driver and guide Emad, who gave us really enjoyable experience during our visit in Jordan. He was professional in every aspect, we talked about culture, everyday life etc. We feel safe and protected. Also he spoke English and he was good sens of humor. We visited near Amman and in Amman historcal great places, Petra, amazing place, Dead sea, unbeliveble place, and Wadi Rum desert, everybody should stay there on night for sure. I thank all people from Sherazade Travel &Tourism and espesially Emad.

Visit in amazing Jordan, with Sherazade Travel and our guide Emad - Me and my friend visited Jordan in November 2024, that was a perfect time due to a bit lower season and less tourists. We were hosted by Sherezade Travel Agency, who had very interesting program, so we had a chance to visit all places in our pocket list - Petra, Dead Sea, Wadi Rum desert camp and for addition a very amazing Gate of Hadrianus with other buildings from Roman time. A special thanks to our personal driver and guide Emad, who is a very firm and secure driver but even more important, he talked about Jordanian culture and life, has a good sense of humor and also has a good English. With Emad we (2 ladys) felt very safe and protected in every step, so thank you for that so much! So, whenever you visit Jordan, Emad as a driver/guide and Sherezade Travel Agency are highly recommended!

Excellent organization - The 5-day private tour, Amman, Mount Nebo, Madaba, Kerak, Petra, desert Wadi Room, Dead Sea is really well organized and interesting and allows you to live many experiences and see many places of Jordan in a few days. Great credit certainly also to our driver Ali who made the holiday very relaxing and pleasant despite the many stops, for the interesting conversations during car trips and his kindness, attention and professionalism 'shown throughout the holiday. Definitely to recommend. Only negative note, Ramada hotel on the dead sea, definitely not in line with the other 4 stars of the tour.

Impressive Jordan - Sherazade Trip Review: October 28 - November 1, 2024 "Thank you to the Sherazade team for an unforgettable trip. We traveled from October 28 to November 1, 2024. The weather was perfect at 17-25 degrees Celsius. Before our trip, we received detailed information from Hayyan, who provided excellent recommendations even before we booked the tour. Their excellent service and information made us choose Sherazade. The team, led by Hayyan, adjusted the itinerary to fit our group's schedule. After booking, we were assisted at the airport by Yousuf, who handled our Visa on Arrival efficiently. On our return, we coincidentally met Yousuf again at the airport, and he helped us despite it being outside his scope of service. Throughout the trip, our friendly driver, Awni, looked after us and provided great recommendations. The highlight of the trip was the Mujib Siq Trail. It was beautiful, and our friendly guide took amazing photos. During the program, we had a few hours of free time, Awni suggested extra activities, which we paid for separately, such as visiting The Monastery in the afternoon and hiking a steep trail with a Bedouin guide. We also took a glass boat ride in Aqaba. While some experiences were better than others, overall, everything was great. I would give it a 10 out of 10. The least enjoyable part of the trip was visiting the monastery. Our Petra pass included one day in the program so we followed Awni’s recommendation to pay extra 5JOD per person so the ticket would be changed to two days, we also paid 75JOD per person for an extra visit start from the back to the Monastery. We were told that the local guide would be included in the price 75JOD per person while the another 5JOD per person for the shuttle must be paid separately. We were transferred to the local guides who tried their best to explain the trail, but one of them constant smoking that made us dizzy. After the trail, we shared our experiences to Awni so we received a partial refund 10JOD per person, but we still felt like we overpaid. Another issue was when we stopped at a souvenir shop on the way back from Mount Nebo. Awni took us to a shop that showcased mosaic work. The craftsmanship was impressive, and we were told that 60% of the profits went to disabled artisans. However, since we weren't fancy in art, we felt pressured to buy something. We ended up purchasing some items, including Dead Sea products, only to find cheaper prices elsewhere later.

All-inclusive experience of the best attractions of Jordan. - A very good experience with Sherazade with the best planned activities. An employee welcomed us at the airport and we had a great time with our driver Emad. He gave us good advice and we had very pleasant drives thanks to him. I can’t recommend more this agency that allowed us to have the best experiences with the best tours of Jordan.

Excellent and breathtaking, I recommend closing my eyes - We are two friends from France. We were very well received at the airport and had a great trip with our personal driver: EMAD. He is very nice, attentive and kind, he gave us excellent advice and addresses at every stop of our trip. I recommend it 1000%. The trip went very well and well sequenced. Everything is well calculated between rest time and time to enjoy activities. I recommend the agency and the driver Emad closing his eyes!!!

MounT Nebu-Petra-Wide Rum - Jordan is very safe! People are very friendly! The service was excellent! The only Think is the vendors in the small shops overcharge the tourist. If you are going to buy ask for discounts.
