Dad travelling with a Child of 8yo - Unforgettable experience in the Desert! All the staff of Jordan Echo Tour is very kind and helpful. I was very warm welcomed by the staff. I'm a dad travelling with his son of 8yo. This experience was excellent for children and suitable because this is not a too long day. Khaleed pick up us at the right time at the right place to drive us to wadi rum. Then Ali drove a pick up to show us the desert. We spent rich and funny time with Ali and Khaleed. We also experienced snowboarding in the sand. We learn at lot of things about the desert life and traditions The desert is so spectacular ! Thanks a lot to Nesrim (agency) , khaleed(driver) and Ali (4x4 driver)

Best Guide, Best Tour, Sunset Tour - Driver picked us up on time, the hand over to the guide was easy. Hopped into the back of the pick-up truck with benches. Off into the desert we went! Guide was knowledgable, spoke great English, took great photos for us, and picked a great spot to watch the sunset. He showed his love for Wadi Rum, history, and Jordon.

Excellent customer service and experience - We had a brilliant trip into the Wadi Rum to see the sites including the sunset. Everything was organised for us so we didn't have to worry about anything and at a reasonable price. The driver was timely and professional and gave us a history of the Wadi Rum on the way. Highly recommend using this group.

A Great 4 Hours - In The Desert of Jordan - First off booking was very easy online from the UK and we were kept up to date with Whats-apps until we arrived in Jordan. On the appointed day we were picked up from the gang plank of our cruise ship at the agreed time, all very easy, we were a group of 2x couples so 4 people. We then went to the next cruise ship berthed nearby to pick up another couple 2 people so 6 in our group. The website stated this was going to be a "private" tour but it does also so a small group, so you may be private but you may be sharing one vehicle of 6-8 people. The German people who joined us could speak English so we actually had good conversations with them but when we stopped at sites, we both went our different ways so not herded. Once we reached the Wadi Rum Valley we changed vehicle to a Toyota open top pickup truck kitted out with seats on the back. You have to climb in over the back bumper so you do need to be a bit active, one of our party had to travel inside with the driver but no problem. We then raced through the desert visiting various sites of interest and ended up on a rock formation just before sunset to see the sun go down behind the mountains and turn the deserted desert brilliant orange. We then went back to the previous meeting spot and picked up our return driver to the port again about an hours drive. A couple of points... (a) Obviously be aware the desert is not wick with toilets so you may have to pop round a rock formation if you really need to go!! (b) The sand turns white trainers etc red so go in old trainers or soft shoes you don't intend to use again on holiday! (c) Make sure the trainers/shoes you are use are not slippy, you will be climbing over smooth rocks etc and need to have some grip (natural rock bridge up height you may want to walk over, cave drawings from stone age man you may want to see etc). Very interesting, we all enjoyed doing the tour and looking back really glad we did do it. We will treasure our memories of Jordan and the desert for many years. Thanks all. Colin.

Desert glory - Memorial experience, guide a native of the desert . Exceptional knowledge. The only negative my wife over 50 had a terrible time getting in and off vehicle, A stool or small ladder or even sep down would have been better. You need to address your senior customers limitations. there are many more of us traveling. Heads up she could have injured herself. Other then that I would recommend this amazing adventure to all. The desert is outstanding with his colors and Mars landscape. The drive was a litte late at pick up while the guide at the desert was good and nice. For sure a place were to go.

You should stay overnight in Wadi Rum - Definitely. We’re glad that we went at all—it was a last minute decision. Their office was located very near our hotel which was convenient. They answered our questions (we had a gazillion) and personalized the tour. Our one regret is that we didn’t stay overnight. (Stay overnight in Wadi Rum. I’m not the boss of you or anything but, truly. The sunset against the backdrop of the other-worldly landscape would be worth it.) We opted for a two-hour trip (instead of the six because of time constraints—we had a bus to catch) we would have liked to see more. Some of the anecdotal pieces of information shared by our guide were interesting but repetitive and I just wanted to run around in the sand and take pictures of a caravan of camels silhouetted against the sky. I received no less than three marriage proposals in Wadi Rum. They offered my husband his own caravan of camels (in varying quantities) for my delightfulness. Just thought I’d bring that up—for no particular reason other than it’s likely going to be part of your Wadi Rum experience as well. Lol. I still vote that you stay overnight. There are numerous options for all price ranges and they happily sync what you’d like to happen with what they have to offer. Definitely recommend going through them.

The desert is beautiful! - This tour was fun. The local bedouin driver was fun. The lunch in the dunes was relaxing and picturesque. I gave it the average because the tour guide was weak. She didn't really expound much on the area. I book private tours for that reason to get historical and cultural information. We wanted to snorkel in the afternoon and she booked a glass bottom boat for 8:30 in the morning. We were disappointed in that. I would recommend that you get the specifics first so you won't be disappointed. I would recommend this tour if you have limited time in the area.
