Incredible! - My husband and I are from the Niagara region of Canada. We travelled to Palm Springs just under a week ago with a two week stay in Palm Springs. We travelled by car to the downtown area on a few occasions and up to the mountains however, we didn’t know where we were going. I looked up on Tripadvisor and found the self guided tours and our vacation is now an incredible vacation. We drove into Joshua tree today on a self-guided tour, as well as another driving tour of Palm Springs. You drive throughout the tour with narration on Bluetooth and it tells you where you can stop where you can park and what’swhat’s to do. You then pause the tour as you go out and explore and then you resume when you get back to the car. It was crazy and dirt cheap. This is the future tourism. love it 👍

Glad we did this! - We really enjoyed and appreciated this self--guided tour - actually, tours. While we understood that there was a similar tour for a Joshua Tree available from the national parks website for free, we read such good things about this one that we wanted to try it. Add to it then included today. Driving tomorrow of Palm Springs, and it was an easy decision. We are glad that we did! It was so easy to use, informative, and all around a pleasure. We saw other folks participating and guided tours of both places, and we're glad we did not spend money just to have someone else drive us around and tell us very similar things to what we were hearing this tour. We much preferred driving ourselves, anyway, and taking everything at our own pace. Absolutely worth the price!

Great audio tour! Enjoyed the sites from our car! - This was my third audio tour and it did not disappoint. Instructions are clear and narrator was enthusiastic and informative. The narrator missed the Marilyn Monroe statue that we happened to see while stopped at Starbucks (right behind the building) and Sonny Bono at the cemetery (I googled to see if anyone else famous was there and had to find the site on my own). We didn't see any wildlife at Joshua Tree (obviously not the fault of the tour). The tour offers a lot of opportunities for photos and hiking if you want, or you don't have to. Overall, it was a really nice drive and we got to enjoy a lot of highlights from the comfort of our air conditioned vehicle, getting out occasionally for photos. Be sure to stick around for sunset! Beautiful views and the star-filled sky is mesmerizing.

We enjoyed listening to the Audio Tours. - The weather was unusually hot this October, so we liked being able to stay in our car with the A/C on. The information was good and easy to find the locations they were talking about.

A Great Addition for your Tour - Great experience with easy directions and engaging information. Self guided tour of the Palm Springs was the highlight of our trip. We all enjoyed the tour. The voice of the narrator was animated and clear. Never knew some of the places (and celebrity homes existed in Palm Springs) until we did this tour.

We will do driving tours again! - We loved the ability to visit all or just some of the stops on the Palm Springs Tour. We got to plan our breaks along the way, instead of being part of a big tour group. It could have had more history of the city, not just celebrities, and also pointed out current hot spots.

The self guided driving tour was perfect! - This was our first self guided driving tour and it was perfect! We loved both tours, Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. The sights were amazing and the information provided by the audio tour guide was interesting and informative. We will definitely use more self guided driving tours in the future.

Joshua Tree - It was a bit confusing getting the audio started but once we got the hang of it, it was a good guide. The park is awesome and photos do not do it justice. Being able to stop and drive at your own pace was a great positive.

Your map needs to mesh with google maps. You can’t see the map on your phone and drive too. - The audio is very good., but the map is hard to see on the phone. Also finding a starting point is sometimes difficult.
