- 8-13 Funamachi - For the standard course, you will have a meal, and when it’s time for the main steak, you will go into the kitchen and try flambéing by lighting brandy on fire. For the premium course, you will experience grilling garlic chips, grilling fish, cutting and grilling lobster (one for two people), grilling and cutting abalone (one for two people), grilling and flambéing a Wagyu steak, cutting it up, and making garlic rice.
