Farm tour, A quick break from the fast pace of Sao Paulo! - The coffee and cheese farm tour was amazing! Our guide was Adi, he was a wonderful tour guide. He was knowledgeable and could hold a great conversation, in multiple languages. Our first stop was the coffee farm, we were greeted with the farm's coffee and some small cakes. We then met the owner of the farm, who gave us a tour and history of the farm and spentmost of the day with us. After our tour of the farm we had a delicious lunch and got to meet some curious school kids on a school trip. After the coffee farm, we made our way to the cheese farm where we met the owner and her daughter (the cheese maker). They showed us around the farm, spoke about cheese making process, and introduced us to all the animals. We were then treated to a snack of the farm's cheeses, bread, and coffee. We got to hear the story of how the farmer's family came to Brazil and bought the farm. It was a great day and I highly recommend this tour if you want a break from the fast pace of Sao Paulo!!

Two pastoral delights within 45 minutes of São Paulo city. - The tour of the coffee plantation is about Brazil’s history and a particular plantation owner’s legacy, not coffee production so much. With that expectation, the tour is an interesting and valuable experience. Witness the bus loads of schoolchildren brought there every day. The goat/cow dairy farm tour is delightful. I was most taken with the dedication and enthusiasm of the young woman who has left her career to embrace and carry on her mother’s passion for the enterprise she founded 30 years ago. Pick up and hug a baby goat, feel it relax in your arms. Enjoy sampling the farm’s excellent cheeses while taking in an incredible view of Jundiai.

A wonderful tour - My experience on this tour was simply incredible! Our guide, Danilo, proved to be extremely competent, punctual, polite and friendly throughout our tour. His deep knowledge of São Paulo's history and architecture enriched our journey. The day started with our guide picking us up at the hotel, and I must mention that the car was quite spacious, comfortable and clean, which made the trip even more pleasant. We had the opportunity to visit a preserved coffee farmhouse and learned a lot about slavery, immigration, coffee cultivation and its ramifications in modern-day Brazil. We had a delicious lunch and took advantage of the opportunity to taste the coffee produced on site, which I recommend buying to take home, because it is delicious! Afterwards, our tour continued at another farm, this one with cows and goats, where the owner was very kind in guiding us on a tour to show how to care for the animals (where we took the opportunity to pet the animals), followed by a tasting of the various cheeses and sweets produced there, and I ended up buying several samples to take home. Every moment was a discovery, I recommend it to everyone who wants to explore the historical and cultural richness of the São Paulo region. Thank you, Danilo, for making this day so special! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our tour guide, Doris, was excellent - very knowledgeable and easy to spend a day with; we learned a lot! - Besides our tour guide, Doris, the most memorable thing was spending time with the owners of both the coffee farm and the cheese farm. We learned a lot but mostly had a lot of fun and really appreciated getting to hear about the two farms from their owners - so much passion and pride!

Explore Industrial Coffee and Family (Small-Batch) Cheese Production. - This was day three of my tours with Doris. We got up early to drive about an hour to the coffee farm (Fazenda Nossa Senhora da Conceicao). I drink coffee daily but know almost nothing about it. Something that surprised me is that Brazil is the largest coffee producer in the world producing almost 40% of the worlds coffee. We were given an in-depth tour of coffee production from seed to sale along with some history on the farm itself. We ended with a delicious meal and dessert. It’s recommended you come during the week if possible due to the influx of student field trips on the weekends, however I’m sure they will accommodate any arrival date! Next, we went to the “cheese” farm although, there is much more going on there and this family is so special and deserves the world. The mother and daughter team along with the many hands working the farm are the nicest people I’ve ever met and are extremely down to earth. They are so generous with their time and you can tell they really care about the products they produce and the animals that they raise. I truly hope to return to this farm one day. I’m sad I didn’t get a picture with their dog, he was so sweet and greeted us at our car door. All the cheeses they make are phenomenal but wow that was the best feta cheese I’ve ever eaten. I’m rambling now, but do yourself a favor and visit Capril Capriolês.

Coffee and cheese near São Paulo - Great tour with Adi! We had nice coffee and lunch and learned about the history of coffee in Brazil and then visited a newer cow and goat farm where where they are also making delicious cheeses. A really lovely and special day—highly recommend if you want to see a bit of the countryside and learn more about agriculture in Brazil.

fun to go around farms - Tasty cheese and cute animals, but I was scared many bugs and smells at farm… Coffee farm tour was fun to find many trees incl. fruites. Black coffee was sour than my expectation.
