Great excursion with local business - Mike was a great guide for our canoe trip to the glacier and waterfall. He was highly entertaining and even made rowing in the rain fun. Seeing the glacier up close was fun and due to tons of rain the waterfall was rocking.

What a blast! - Jordan & Dawson are AWESOME (despite that ridiculous doppelganger mustache Dawson was sporting...you know what I mean Dawson!)! They make a great team and really play well off each other...if the tour guide thing doesn't work out for them, they should definitely go into comedy! They actually made all that paddling fun!!! Dawson's made-up songs had us all laughing! Seriously though, they are personable and knowledgeable about the area, interacted with the group, and we never felt rushed and were able to truly enjoy the beauty of the glacier and lake. Genuinely nice young men! Definitely a MUST do excursion!

Close up views of the glacier! - Wonderful experience with our guide Dawson and Liquid Alaska company! Dawson had an awesome personality and was very knowledgeable. Our family of 4 was with 3 other adults that were lots of fun too. My two main goals for this ride were to get close to the glacier as possible and get back to our cruise ship on time. I was nervous since this was the first excursion we have planned outside of the ones offered by RC. It was all perfect! Dawson reassured us and had us back exactly when he promised to. We did get as close as you safely can to the glacier and the waterfall as well. Kayakers close by didn’t come anywhere close to the glacier. Great experience and highlight of our cruise! We didn’t see any wildlife but there’s nothing you can do about that. Thanks for a great time Dawson!

Glacier 10/10 - What a fantastic experience! The views were gorgeous and our canoe group was so much fun! Our guide, Dawson, was knowledgeable and kept us entertained. We came from Norwegian Bliss and everything went very smooth, so glad we booked directly with Liquid Alaska rather than through our cruise line.

BEST experience to do in Juneau, 5 star guide and support local business. - Best experience with a local Juneau business , Lake Tahoe is full of history explained throughout the adventure by our guide; Justin, who made the experience a 5 star. Beautiful photos taken and the best guide we could’ve have wanted.

Awesome, but 2 key expectations clarified… - 1) key to know: you don’t actually walk on the glacier. The only way to do that is to take a helicopter. From what I can tell, this trip is the only way to get closest to the face of the glacier entering the water (which is spectacular). 2). Legit amount of rowing in the canoe. We were pretty tired at the end. 3). Saying that, it was INCREDIBLE. Our guides Devin and Riley were great, safe, informed, helpful and kind. Views are other worldly. Just be ready to work for it!

Mendenhall Canoe Tour and Sophie Good apart.....better together - We are three couples traveling together, and this tour was by far the best so far. Sophie was knowledgeable and had us laughing throughout the the tour. We enjoyed everything about the tour. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and if possible get on the canoe with Sophie. Famous NHL player from Juneau, AK is of course Joe Juneau.

Worth Every Penny - Amazing tour that gets you the best close-up views of the Mendenhall Glacier. Dawson, our tour guide, was not only a wealth of knowledge but a wealth of dad jokes as well. And his Braveheart-esque motivation made the tough parts fly by with ease. P.S. To Dawson’s mother, if you’re reading this, just know that the glacier might be falling apart, but your son is keeping it together.
