Wonderful - The Glacier of course and driver was awesome he was very knowledgeable. The Glacier and waterfall was beautiful

Great Mendenhall Glacier Experience - Frank was a great tour guide and trolley driver. He was very knowledgeable about the town of Juneau and its history. Also great knowledge sharing about the area on the way to the glacier.

Mendenhall glacier - The glacier was beyond words but We were also blown by the massive Waterfall. Love the driver Andrew he really knows his history

Great transport to/from the glacier !!! - Checkin process was very easy, there were few staffs easy to locate. Once your're on board the driver also acted as the guide. Return to original point was communicated very clear by the driver. If you opt to leave early, you have an option to hop on other bus once confirming with their office

Great Excursion - Great excursion! Our trolley guide Frank was very personable and funny, and offered a lot of information about the best things to do in town from a local perspective. Also, the glacier and Nugget Falls are a must-do when visiting Juneau

Scenic location - Take the short stream walk. We saw salmon spawning. Then don't stop at the first scenic photo spot. Go past the tourist center and go the short walk to the next place for good photos.

Glacier viewing and nature beautiful - The driver George was very knowledgeable and informative had read very nice reviews about his trips from previous guests and he did not disappoint. The meeting area was not very well managed had to ask multiple people where to go had to stand as no seating available for very long time. The glacier information given was not accurate the walk to the falls is 1 mile each way the visitors center was disappointing as it was extremely crowded few staff members and not very engaging. I did not get to see the movie as it was down that day ? It had very limited seating and I knew more about what was going on from my research than the staff working there. There were very tired and in need of refurbishing the displays had a TV running something but no sound and no captions to read what was being shown or discussed could have better drop off locations for physically challenged guests and much better signage and information outside the visitors center. Very minimum items in gift shop. And extremely expensive. limited information about the sights in the area different mountain ranges vegetation etc.

pretty nature - Glaciers, waterfall, park and the trolley experience-Guide is friendly and not boring, funny, Walk is great but rains a bit - seen the best of nature GOD created

MIxed Feelings - Seeing the glacier and finding out about how it has shrunk over the past hundreds of years. Walking the trail to the waterfall.

Expensive, opt for an Uber instead - Bus driver I think his name was George was really lovely, however this was still a crazy price for a short bus journey. The lady bus driver had a right rude attitude , pleased we were on the man’s bus.
