From check in to getting... - From check in to getting the glacier everything was smooth. Our bus driver gave us lots of information about Alaska and told lots of jokes. It was great! And the bud was brand new and super clean!

An efficient and speedy way to see the glacier - The driver was great with a sense of humour which was needed as the day was wet and cold. When we got to the glacia the rain stopped and the clouds seem to be lighter. Some good advantage points to view the glacier and take photos. The visitors centre was not to be missed full of info. For me the Glacier Express was a good way to get to the site and the driver was excellent. Thank you

Perfect Day - Great tour, funny driver with loads of bad dad jokes lol. Bus was clean, safe and on time. Driver also shared information of the area and pointed us all in the right directions to make our day more enjoyable.

Beautiful Scenery - The trip is great. The driver not so much. Older folks need to know that the walk to Nugget Falls takes 30 minutes not the 20 minutes advertised.

Glacier trip - The glacier was great. Absolutely beautiful, despite the steady rain. The only complaint is that the bus driver Kenny, was 20 minutes late and we were standing in the rain, cold and wet. On the ride back he kept peddling his cds and pictures. It was slightly annoying.

Worth doing - There is a lot of rain in this area and unfortunately we were there for one of the rainy days. However, the trip itself was fine. They take you by bus to the entrance and basically leave you to explore by yourself before picking you up again two hours later. The bus driver gives you some information on the way up about what to see. We had Kenny who was full of jokes. Once there we walked about 20 minutes to see the Nugget Falls and took photos of the glacier and the lake. It was a bit cold and wet so we were back at the visitor centre after about an hour where there is more information and a souvenir shop. The information film was not being shown when we were there. Overall this trip is worth doing and not too expensive.

Need a tracking system for who belongs on the tour and getting back on!!!! - The initial booking online was very simple. There was 1 tent that held many different tours. Being that it was raining, it was very tight. Drop off was easy and we toured on our own. After touring we went to depart and it was crazy. They had people on our bus that shouldn't have been on it. I had proof that my family should've been on that departing bus but the tour had no way of knowing who actually belonged on the bus. This is something that needs to be fixed. Even though we had to wait for another bus, the initial driver couldn't guarantee that we would have a seat. We ended up getting a bus 10 min later but due to the drama of loading with the 1st bus we ended up being 90 minutes behind our schedule.
