Additional Information
Specially designed for guests arriving on cruise ships! This is a 3-hour tour. We meet at the downtown cruise ship dock. Enjoy a 30-minute narrated tour, passing through downtown Juneau to the Mendenhall Glacier Recreation Area. Spend 2 hours exploring the visitor center, trails, and photo opportunities. Your guide will then take you back to the downtown dock area with excellent suggestions for the rest of your visit to Juneau.
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- This is a 3 hour tour. Ride out and back on with the same guide on the same trolley.

Meeting location is the Mount Roberts Tramway. Our representatives will be wearing bright blue hats and holding signs that say "Juneau Tours and Whale Watch."

Great time in Juneau… - Easy to find trolley car location and driver was very informative and gave us interesting facts about Juneau. Worth the walk to Nugget Falls. Got to see salmon swimming in streams. Beautiful scenery and breathtaking views!!

Alaska Trolley Ride with a Splendid view of Mendenhall Glacier - Weather was cool and rainy so the trolley ride was very welcome. Hiked to get wonderful pictures of the Mendenhall Glacier and waterfall near by. Enjoyed the Visitor Center Museum and glacier lookout area.

Spectacular Nugget Falls - Nugget Falls was gorgeous. A little too foggy to see much of the glacier, but the views were spectacular! Our trolley guide, Harmony, was so fun! She made the short trip to/from the glacier entertaining!

The glacier itself, along... - The glacier itself, along with our guide’s professionalism. NOTE: it was not easy to connect with our group. I was expecting Viator, not a 3rd party unknown to me. Other than that, the experience was fine.

Short informative Bus ride - Harmony was great but this was a short ride, so $85 per person was very steep for this activity. Should be no more than $50 per person. Public transportation was cheaper.

Trolley Ride to Mendenhall Glacier - The trolley driver was prompt and informative on the way to Mendenhall Glacier with knowledgeable information and the best part was the easy one mile hike on the Nugget Falls Trail to the waterfall.

Website description of tour needs clarity. - The Glacier, Nugget falls, visitor centre and surroundings were outstanding, breathtaking and a must see !!
I did not expect that essentially you provided mainly a shuttle service to and from the Glacier park.
Your driver was funny and informative and friendly.
There were 3 in my party.. it would have been much cheaper and more convenient for us to take Uber from the cruise port and back.. and use Google for information on Juneau and the attractions during the Uber ride.
Please consider adding clarity to your website that you are not providing a guided tour of the Glacier park. Also a flyer with a map and directions would have been useful.
Again your driver was friendly and funny ..so do not want to give him a bad rating.
