Ulawatu with Rio Tours - Wonderful trip to Ulawatu! Well worth the visit, we went to Single Fin as well which I highly recommend. DeBobo was professional and always early! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Rio Bali tours has great people on their team :)

Beach and Uluwatu day - Loved Padang Padang beach. It was small and crowded but stunningly beautiful.. Uluwatu sunset was breathtaking. Our Driver Dai BuBu was sweet and very engaging. 😊

The best 1st day in Bali - What a blast of a day!!!! Rio was the best driver/guide! 13 of us pile into a comfortable van at 900 (he picked us up on time, smiling and upbeat) and headed to the 1st beach. By the end of the day we had visited 4 beaches, watched the sun set at Padang Padang Beach, and ate a most delicious dinner of fresh fish seated outside on a beach, listening to the ocean and being entertained with live music and traditional dance. What a wonderful first day in Bali!!! What I liked best about Rio was how very accommodating he was. With 12 women in tow, he had no problem changing the plan for the day or adding an extra stop on a moments notice. In the end we kept him 1 to 2 hours past the agreed time. And he seemed to enjoy our quite loud opinionated group. Thank you Rio for an amazing adventure.

Beach Hopping Experience - Our tour guide Kadak gave us a tour in which we wouldn’t have been able to do if it wasn’t for him. Staying 2 hours from beaches made it hard for us so this trip especially for the price was the perfect fit. The tour states you visit 3 beaches; Nusa Dua (3 hours), Gerang (2 hours) Pedang Pedang (1 hour); then you visit Uluwatu Temple (2 hours) with optional Kedak Fire Dance. Through no fault of Kadak, this was not possible in the timeframe set out by the company. We only managed to get to two beaches Nusa Dua (1 hour) and Pedang Pedang (2 hours), we then went to Uluwatu Temple, where unfortunately we couldn’t get the fire dance tickets- you had to queue for this amongst hundreds of people at the temple (we later learnt that these could be booked online and potentially something the company should look at to guarantee the experience for those customers wanting this I.e asking through messages or having a note option when booking) however Kadak went above and beyond with them taking us to Melasti beach where we were able to watch the fire dance on the cliff overlooking the beach. We were asked continuously to review the experience whilst we were there and to give 5 stars, not that this is Kadak’s fault, but the pressure on him from his company to get good reviews else he gets no business, really made me feel quite sad as that stress can’t be good ! It also was overwhelming for us and made us feel pressured to do this. Also if the time had gone over it was an extra 50,000p/h for the time of the driver, whilst we didn’t have an issue if this happened, for others it may of been good to have noted on the Viator advert. Overall a trip made possible by this tour and Kadak went above and beyond to meet the tour requirements where possible however the company may need to review option of Ubud pick up or revise plan to have earlier pick up and later drop off to account for the distance in order to not charge for extra hours for those areas that the tour is not achievable from. Once again Kadak did a great job and highly recommend tours with him as he was a great tour guide and went above and beyond for us to have the best experience. These 4 stars are for Kadak

Beach hopping in Bali - The beach hopping tour was an enjoyable experience however it came with slight frustrations! The tour itself is built for people who stay near Nusa Dua beach in which we stayed in Ubud this meant it was a 2 hour car journey there and back which the tour does not factor in! We were meant to go to Nusa Dua, pa dang and Gerang however due to time constraints we were unable to go to Gerang beach! After the beaches we went to Uluwatu temple in which we choose to go to the fire dance however we’re unable to get tickets this was quite frustrating as we found out we could book online! The tour company itself should give this as an option to ensure the fire dance! Our tour guide did everything he could to try and meet the deadlines however the tour is unachievable for residents in Ubud! When we didn’t get the tickets our tour guide took us right away to another beach which had the fire dance taking place and ensured us a ticket there in which me and my partner enjoyed the fire dance! Overall our tour guide was great however the tour itself needs to factor in hotel locations and remove or add time depending on where you stay

This is not a TOUR! It’s a car service. - This is not a tour by any means!!! This includes nothing other than a driver. This is basically a more expensive driver Service labeled as a tour. The driver is not a tour guide and may and may not speak good English. I was not impressed by any means.
