Great Experience!! - I can not speak highly enough about my experience treking and spending the night in the jungle with eco tours. I was apprehensive due to my age...37 and not wanting to hold others up. No need to worry, they gave us plenty of breaks after an uphill climb!

Nice place!!! - From the first time we stopped until the last day we received good attention from the staff. We can also meet animals if we are lucky, the place which is one with nature makes the feeling of staying here even more felt. It's not wrong if this is a favorite destination

Absolutely the best experience - We were on 2-day Bukit Lawang Orangutan Trek with overnight stay and it was one of the best experiences in my life. We had the best guides who really took care of us. We felt very safe wirh them. Everything was perfectly prepared. We saw many orangutans and other wild animals. Sleeping in the jungle was amazing experience. Food was also amazing. It couldn't be better! Thank you :)

2 Days of Jungle Magic - I had such a blast staying at Von Bukit Lawang Travel Bukit Lawang! As a solo traveler, they made me feel totally safe and right at home. The staff was super friendly and took care of everything I needed. I did a one-night jungle trek and spent three nights in their luxurious cottage seriously awesome place! The cocktails were top-notch too, and really well-priced for the area. I saw so many amazing animals and orangutans during my trip. On my free day, I checked out the Bat Cave. It was a bit tricky to find, but a local guide helped me out once I got there. The Bat Cave was incredible so many different animals!

Epic Trek in Bukit Lawang - Just finished the two-day trip, and it was amazing. The guides were super knowledgeable, passionate about the nature around us, and had a great sense of humor. Everything was spot on! Plus, their cottages in Bukit Lawang are pretty luxurious too. Definitely recommend this crew!

Night in the Jungle Paradise - Awesome tour from start to finish! The transportation to Bukit Lawang and back to Medan was solid drivers were on time and super friendly. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. The first day of jungle trekking was tough but totally worth it we saw 8 orangutans and tons of other wildlife. Day two kicked off with an optional morning hike, then we hit up a waterfall and took a dip in the river. The tour wrapped up with rafting back to the village, which was both fun and stunning. Our guide was fantastic, and the whole crew knew a ton about the national park and really respected nature.

Wildlife - The best and most ethical Orangutan Trek company in Bukit Lawang. We spent 3 days with them and had the most amazing time. Their accommodation in Bukit Lawang is astounding and the staff are fantastic. The 2 day jungle trek we did was the highlight of our trip to Indonesia. Saw loads of orangutans up close, and other types of monkeys. They get a 100% recommendation from everyone in our group, and we hope to return one day.

Amazing Trekking Experience - We had an absolutely fantastic experience. We did a two day Bukit Lawang jungle trekking. The guides were amazing and very knowledgable. They explained a lot and took good care of us in the jungle. We saw enchanting wildlife including many Orang Utans. The accomodation and service is great. We can highly recommend the team to everyone.

Totally worth - Had an epic time with Von Bukit Lawang Travel definitely one of those life highlights! We did a local life tour on bikes, checked out how the locals make palm sugar, tofu, roofs, and even hit up a market. Then we went on a two-day jungle trek that was absolutely incredible. The guides are super chill and know their stuff, plus the food they whip up in the jungle is spot on you won’t go hungry! The lodge is stunning too, with river views and the jungle right outside your balcony. Von Bukit Lawang Travel also gives back big time to the local community and helps with jungle and wildlife conservation, so it’s a cause totally worth supporting.
