- Kajiado - The Maasai village tour begins in Nairobi at 6:00 AM, followed by a 2-hour drive to the village. You will arrive at the Maasai village by 8:00 AM. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with traditional songs and dances. You will have the opportunity to visit a Maasai house, where the women will welcome you and demonstrate how they prepare food and create Maasai ornaments. Maasai houses are constructed from sticks and cow dung, featuring small windows. The houses are divided into a kitchen, bedroom, and goat room. According to Maasai culture, it is the women who build the houses.
