Brother Suggested the Kerala trip. - Hi. I was extremely happy. After the Kerala trip, .this was a couple of trips. This tour was suggested to me by my cousin's brother. Before one month my cousin also visited this place. he was visited only for 3 days but my plan was for 5 days and I had called some travel companies. and they sent me a pdf file. In this file, they provide the information on the 5 days tour. Finally i had purchased this package from the tripkro.my brother was also his package buy from tripkro. He tell me this company provide the service quality for their customers. We can call in any time. If we face the problem they solve the problem in few minutes. In these five day we got a new experience. All places was very different from the western side. we was enjoy this trip.

Best 3days Kerala trip - Hi, I am Sonia from Spain. At the starting the month of May. me and my husband decided that this upcoming 2nd weekend. We will gone on a trip. The next day, I call to tripkro travel company. And we discussed the 3 days plan. I asked vijay sir which destination was good .He recommend the Kerala city. This was new place And we decided to visit this place.
In these three days, we were going from Kochi to Munnar and Munnar to Alleppey. The departure was also at Kochi airport. The best part is that we enjoyed the two seasons. In one city. Thanks to Vijay sir to arranged this trip.

I will come again to god's own country - It was nice experience to visit Kerala with honeymoon tours. Thanks for such wonderful arrangements throughout the tours. Nice cabs and drivers who acts like guide too and very humble and friendly...like to mention his name, Sojimon, thanks for such wonderful treatment throughout the tour. You are fabulous person Soji...Miss u buddy...!!!

HOUSEBOAT AND MUNNAR WAS AWSOME - Kerala is one of my favorite destination in india . tripkro was really done a great job for me. everything was nicelly coordinated. nice cab hotel houseboat, cab driver was very friendly, careing houseboat was excellent such a different experience ever got from kerala is houseboat tasty food nice scenery, very nice staff , privacy was good for a honeymoon couples houseboat was excellent overall they are done a great one .

Great tour to get to know Kerala - This 5 day tour through Kerala was a great experience. Jugraj from the organizer Tripkro got in touch with us before the tour and discussed everything important. During the tour we had our own driver in a private car, which was very pleasant. Our driver Kunjumon was always responsive to our wishes and needs and was a great driver who knew everything blindly. The first hotel we stayed in was unfortunately not very clean. On the same evening I informed Jugraj from Tripkro. He contacted me within a few minutes and offered us to change the hotel for the next night. He quickly took care of everything so that we had a great hotel and very clean room for the second night. On the tour we liked the tea plantations of Munnar and the overnight stay on the houseboat in the backwaters the most.
As a recommendation I would say that before the tour a detailed schedule with the activities per day and what is included and what is not would be very helpful. There was a description on TripAdvisor, but the German translation was so bad that we couldn't understand it properly.
Jugraj from Tripkro therefore put together a personal schedule for us, which was very helpful for us to get an overview of the tour.
All in all I can recommend the tour, the organizer and the driver. A very good price-performance ratio.

Very disappointing and unsafe - Our 5 day deluxe trip through Kerala was deeply disappointing. When we arrived at our hotels the hotels did not know who we were, this happened repeatedly even though we contacted Tripkro on day one of this issue. One of our hotels was changed at one days notice and they had not booked a twin room for us. The itinerary was not followed and on one day the driver only completed half a day then left us at the hotel, another hotel that did not know we were coming. Tripkro could not follow their own itinerary they made for us. On arrival to the house boat after a 4 hour drive the house boat was not ready. We were supposed to get on the houseboat for lunch and stay overnight. We were not informed the houseboat was not ready. We were not offered to have some water or make alternative arrangements for lunch. Our driver removed our luggage from the car and left us with no instructions. Our luggage was then placed in a very small boat with little shade and we were told we were being taken to the house boat. We were not. We had had no toilet break, no water, no food and now we were in the blazing hot sun on a non shaded boat for 2.5 hours while they were waiting for the house boat to be 4 hours late without informing us. We stopped the boat after 30 minutes as we felt unwell. We asked the boat driver to take us to a bathroom. He did and we got off the boat with our luggage. At this stage we asked Tripkro what was happening, they did not know. They then called back to say the houseboat was not ready and we should understand. At this stage we felt unwell due to heat, lack of water , food so we checked into a hotel on the canal and informed Tripkro we were not going on the houseboat as we were unwell and disappointed. Also by the time the houseboat was going to be ready we would only have 90 minutes of daylight and we wanted to go birdwatching. After we ate and drank at the hotel we hired a shaded boat to go birdwatching. Not only was our day deeply disappointing the house boat company then called the hotel we checked into and threatened the hotel, and called the boat man we hired and threatened the boat man, so our afternoon was also ruined!! When we informed Tripkro of this they didn’t care about our safety at all. The boat man was scared of the threats and returned us to our hotel. The hotel was scared of the threats and felt very bad for us but said we had to check out of the hotel. So we were stranded and threatened and Tripkro did not care and did nothing to help us. In my 37 years extensive traveling I have never been treated like this and I am shocked. They have no respect at all for safety of their clients and they are unable to follow basic procedures. I feel they have no respect for international travelers.
