Fabulous tour of Kandy and Ella - Such an excellent tour! We were picked up in Kandy and taken through the city and its temples before going on a beautiful drive to Ella through the plantations. Highlights were definitely the 1840 tea factory, the train with music and dancing from Ella and the refreshing pool bar after the little hike up Little Adams Peak! Definitely recommend.

Worth participating in experiences that leave valuable memories - In fact, the participation of this trip exceeded our expectations
。 Due to the timing of the relationship, we came back with the customer service center to confirm the time with various details, very grateful for his patience and instant response
。 The tour guide is very interesting and very serious, the needs and questions we raised he will do his best for us to meet

Nice tour by Good operators and good guide! - Guide Oshan was the best guide I've ever met! On the day, the train didn't run and some roads were blocked because of mudslides so our tour didn't go well as planned. But we're satisfied with Oshan’s hospitality, flexibility, and kindness. He took us to the main highlights with nice time management. The places we visited were stunning!
Before the tour, tour operators took care of us very well. They make sure with you to go things nice and smooth.

Ella tour - Arrived on Time nice new Car spoke Great English explained everything to us known all the visits really well and yeah loads of knowledge about local areas local animals and plants really really friendly and highly recommend them.

Wonderful day in Ella - We really enjoyed this trip from Beruwala to Ella. It started at 5AM, our guide Navodya and the driver arrived in advance and allowed us to sleep calmly till we arrive to Ella. We stayed for breakfast in a place with a stunning view and later did all the planed excursions, the schedule of the trip was perfect, we didn’t feel any rush, but still did a lot of stuff. We enjoyed friendliness of both guide and driver, readiness to adjust the trip according to our wishes. Navodya helped us with making really good photos in the Ella’s train and Little Adam’s peak. After the hike we were a bit tired and we made a really nice stay at Ravana Pool Club, it gave us forces to continue the trip and see the Elephants from Udawalawe park. We arrived at the hotel at 8:40 PM, but didn’t feel that tired. It’s all because of a well planed schedule of the excursion and great hospitality of Navodya. Highly recommend the trip!:)

Excellent - We went on a trip to Ella with friends and we were very pleased. Everything was very well organized, we were under supervision all the time, we visited beautiful places, learning their history and curiosities. I definitely recommend it!

If you are up for a long day of sightseeing I highly recommend. - I wanted to "just do a day tour to Ella" rather than overnight, and this tour met that need. It was an early start from Negombo (3 AM) and our amazing driver was early - as is normal in Sri Lanka. Nice Toyota for the two of us who slept in the back seat until time for coffee and breakfast in Ella. Then off to take the train and cross bridge. About a half hour ride back into Ella. After that we visited a tea plantation - at my request, then we had a choice of hiking up a mountain or a waterfall and we opted for the falls. Then off to the spice garden and elephant sanctuary where we also had a late lunch before our long drive back. Sachitha was our driver and was excellent. Just the right about of local information - some guides talk too much, some not enough - he was able to quickly understand we just wanted the basics!! If you are up for a long day of sightseeing I highly recommend.

If you want to see Ella on a day tour from Colombo or Negombo, this is the way to do it! - This was another long tour day, but for us it was better than doing an overnight. We left Negombo at 3 AM, (driver was early so we actually left around 2:45 AM). Long drive to Ella, but we knew that in advance. Had coffee/breakfast before boarding the 9 AM train which was a bout a half hour ride back to Ella. Our guide did a good job of trying to get us space by the side of the train so we'd have a good view. Then we stopped by a tea plantation at my request, followed by a visit to the waterfalls, an herbal place, and finally the elephant sanctuary where we had lunch at the adjacent restaurant. If you want to see Ella on a day tour from Colombo or Negombo, this is the way to do it!

Colombo to Ella - We had a wonderful day trip to Ella from Colombo and our guide and driver were great! It was a lot of driving however, we expected that from other reviews and with limited time in Sri Lanka we knew it was one of our only options to be able to go and see what we wanted in Ella. The tour was well organised with each stop having just enough time. Our guide spoke English however, I have done a lot of tours and it would have been good if he gave us more historical information about each place - he had to ask another guide while we were at the 9 arch bridge when it was built as that was a question I had asked him. The day was rushed to fit everything in but again; that was expected because of the nature of the trip. It would’ve been cool to stop at the Rawana pool club I think even just for a drink or something as the scenery there was incredible.
My favourite part was seeing the baby elephants being fed at the elephant orphanage but again, I knew nothing about it so would love some information or a talk about it before entering from the guide.
Overall a really great day filled with wholesome experiences - we paid a lot for this trip and although we got lots of amazing experiences, I don’t know if it was worth $190 USD Or $325 NZD.
Thanks for taking us on this tour and for getting us everywhere efficiently and safely. Apart from the minor things I’ve mentioned the tour overall was fantastic and a great way to see Ella in such a short period of time. It ended up being a 16 hour day so make sure you’re prepared for that!
