An amazing day in Kamakura thanks to Suzuki - We spent 4 delightful hours with Mr. Yasuho Suzuki. He was our guide for Kamakura’s temples and shrines. Not only experienced, and extremely knowledgeable he was easy to understand and was able to answer any/all questions. After spending two weeks in Japan with a guided excursion almost every day, we can confidently recommend Suzuki as one of the best guides we have thus had. Please request him if you want an enjoyable and informative tour. He went out of his way to help us. We wish we could clone him for Kyoto.

Excellent Tour - Great walking tour, Teiko had a very good itinerary and was very knowledgeable. The Great Buddha alone is worth the trip. I would recommend a tour if you are trying to fit a lot in one day. We could not have done this itinerary on our own. Teiko made lunch reservations and made sure I had a safe gluten-free meal, including gluten-free soy sauce. Highly recommend.

Amazing walking tour of Kamakura with Yumi san! - The day started early as we were meeting our guide Yumi san at the Kitakamakura station at 9 am. Once we met Yumi san and she started the tour it was so worth the early wake up. The tour took us through some of the most beautiful temples and gardens where peace truly resides before we ended seeing the awe inspiring statue of Buddha. Didn’t know we could actually go inside the statue to marvel the architecture. Yumi san took us to a fantastic restaurant where we experienced amazing soba with tempura. The day ended with the beautiful view of the ocean. Yumi san was returning to Tokyo so she was kind enough to accompany us and take us to the station we wanted to go. She was one of the most knowledgeable and kind hearted person we met in Japan. Would recommend this tour to all who visit Tokyo.

A perfect day trip - I booked this tour for my group of 7. We wanted to take some time away from the city and see the historic sights around Kamakura. Yu was such a wonderful guide, and truly a big part of what made this experience special. She was patient with our large group, and really had some excellent information on the local culture and history of Kamakura. She also found an excellent local seafood restaurant for our lunch break. It was nice that she was able to take photos of our whole group at each of the sights. We really enjoyed our time with Yu, and I would highly recommend this experience!
