Great experience for kids and adults! Lots of fun to be had! - This place is bonkers! But a really great experience. The walk around the initial part of the carnival magic is amazing to see. Especially when it’s darker and the lights stand out. The parade show is also really great to see. Interactive and colourful! The light gardens after are also amazing with lots of picture opportunities. Only Downside is that we found was Dinner/food was average, lots of options but nothing that stood out when we were there.

Wow, just wow - An amazing spectacle. The only reason I haven’t given it 5/5 would be the quality of the buffet. Wasn’t bad in anyway but wasn’t what I would have expected. The displays are phenomenal though. Highly recommend

Great show avoid the buffet - The show is amazing, you get sensory overload. I totally recommend the show. I do not however recommend the buffet dinner. I am now suffering through food poisoning and it turns out it is a known occurrence.

Total madness - When you picture a fun-filled night here you imagine a bright, welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and clear directions. Unfortunately, my recent visit to this popular destination was anything but that. If I could sum it up in one word: madness. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that things were off. Our bus driver simply dropped us off without any guidance or information. There were no signs to point us in the right direction or let us know what to expect. We were left to navigate a sea of crowds with no clear idea of where to go or what to do next. As we made our way into the venue, the lack of organization became even more apparent. The place was overcrowded, and it felt like everyone was scrambling to figure out where they should be. For a location that’s meant to be a happy, family-friendly destination, the mood was surprisingly tense. It was hard to ignore the staff, who seemed overwhelmed and far from the enthusiastic, cheerful faces one would expect at such an establishment. The overall vibe was frustrating. Instead of feeling like I had entered a fun, stress-free environment, it felt like a disjointed, chaotic experience. Staff members weren’t smiling, there was no sense of direction, and everyone seemed to be operating in survival mode rather than creating the joyful atmosphere promised by the brochures and advertisements. The lack of communication from the staff only added to the confusion. We didn’t know what to do, where to go, or even what the rules were for different areas of the park. Every step felt like we were navigating through a maze of confusion, with no one offering any help or guidance. In a place that’s supposed to bring joy, it was hard to shake the sense of frustration that hung in the air. By the end of the day, it was clear that the chaos had overshadowed any potential fun. While I tried to stay optimistic and enjoy the day, the lack of preparation and the overwhelming crowds made it difficult. If you’re planning to visit, I’d suggest going in with low expectations and being prepared for the possibility of confusion and frustration. It’s disappointing when an experience doesn’t live up to the hype, but sometimes it’s helpful to share these moments so others can be better prepared.

Good photos but tourist trap - Carnival of magic is heavily marketed as a "Disney" experience but unfortunately lacks any soul. Instead, the experience feels like a massive revenue generating exercise and I think you would be hard pressed to find any return customers. The main show is late - purely to force people to spend time and money within the venue. Pretty much 90% of activities need more money to be spent. The late show makes it very unfriendly for families with young children. The main show was somewhat disappointing. The "River parade" is a procession of large floats with loud music blasting. The buffet was very average, but if you didn't get it, u would be bored out of your brains waiting for the 830pm show. Alcohol costs extra. There are many 3rd party ticket sellers with prices i saw up to 30% lower than official site. You still need to line up though to have these tickets processed an "on the day" tickets with seating numbers for the show. Oh, no mobile phones allowed for main show. Which means another line to deposit and collect. The kingdom of lights is only open after the river parade. There are some good pictures to be had if you have the patience to wait.
