- Temple SSDM Shree Sanatan Dharma Mandal - This temple is a replica of the “SOMNATH TEMPLE” in Gujarat, constructed in the late 1950s and inaugurated in 1961. It is unique and holds the status of “HERITAGE PROPERTY OF HISTORICAL SITE.” We will explore the temple’s beauty and architecture.
- Uganda Post Office - Uganda’s first post office building.
- World War II Memorial - A monument commemorating the First and Second World Wars. We will learn about Uganda’s participation and the positive and negative outcomes.
- Gaddafi National Mosque - The late Colonel Muammar Gaddafi of Libya commissioned the mosque as a gift to Uganda and for the benefit of the Muslim community.
Upon entering the Mosque Main Hall, admire its architectural designs. Climbing the Tower/Minaret offers the best 360-degree view of Kampala City and its original Seven Hills. The Mosque also stands on the original spot where the British first hoisted their flag, marking Uganda as a British Colony.

Kampala fun fun - The whole experience was outstanding, even though i was recovering from a stomach virus.

Great Service: A Must if you want to learn about Uganda - I was fortunate to have Henry as my tour guide. I know the rest of the team will be good as well but I am grateful that he was the one to show me around. He is very knowledgeable, positive energy and he knows is way around. Uganda have a rich culture and history so if you are interested in knowing more this tour will open your eyes to the rich history. I would say once you go on this tour with this team you will be excited to share with your friends. So if you are looking to go on a tour this will help create memories you will never forget. Thanks Henry for helping me experience Kampala.

Incredible day - I had an amazing day with Henry, we saw everything on the full day itinerary and more! He was very knowledgeable throughout and as a solo female traveller felt very safe in the madness of Kampala with him and his driver Derek. The sites were great, I experienced Taxi and boda boda (motorbike) rides and the fishing village was incredible. I recommend highly!

Amazing tour - The tour was a great experience. It's the perfect way to get to know Kampala and learn some things about the city and the history of Uganda.
Henry is a very nice guy and you can always ask him if you have any questions. Even after the tour was finished he showed me around some other places I wanted to see.
So I can highly recommend doing the tour with him.

Wonderful insights into Kampala life - Henry is a very fine young man. He is knowledgeable and informative. His route was varied and very interesting.

Best tour with the best guide - We saw a lot of places in Kampala and get to know more of the city. The gods was very friendly and we would recommend him to everyone. We had a really fun time!

An amazing experience, worth doing again! - I had been to Uganda previously and did the touristy stuff...Equator, Source of the Nile, Buganda compound. I had a great time during that trip.
This trip I found Henry and had an absolutely amazing time! I was able to experience the day as a Kampala local and believe me, it was an entirely different experience. Henry's tour combined the best of local Kampala in a single full-day tour.
Henry was helpful in answering questions about the culture, geography, and the political climate of the country. The food options were amazing, especially the roasted chicken and plantains. YUM!
Watching Henry navigate the congested traffic was entertaining, and he made sure to point out things of interest.
Very importantly, Henry let us know when and where we could take photos, and even negotiated photo opportunities for us (some Ugandans don't like photos). It was helpful to uavr him close by when buying souvenirs as he knows the local value if things and can help you negotiate price.
This tour really made my 2nd visit to Uganda memorable, and made me sad to leave. The tour is worth every penny, and honestly for all that's included I would have paid more.
I wasn't able to do the Ndere option, but if you tour on the right day may very well be worth it.

Complete Kampala Tour Experience Review, Good buy too Pricy - The tour was good but way too expensive. The mosque, museum, and kasubi tombs entrance fees aren’t included and aren’t cheap, would have preferred to know these amounts ahead of time and pay them up front. Good tour, but too much money to recommend to a friend.
