• Owino Market - Owino Market, officially known as St. Balikuddembe Market, is one of the largest and most vibrant markets in Uganda. Located in downtown Kampala, it offers a wide range of products, including:

Secondhand clothing: often called “mivumba” in Uganda, including shoes, bags, and accessories.
Cooked and uncooked food: fresh meats, spices, as well as street food stalls where local dishes are prepared.
Herbal medicines: traditional herbal remedies and locally sourced medicinal plants.

• Uganda Museum - The Uganda Museum, located in Kampala, is the oldest museum in East Africa, established in 1908. It houses a rich collection of historical instruments, cultural tools, ethnographic materials, archaeological artifacts, and paleontological remains.
