Discovery of Kampala in boda boda - Francis was the leader of the 4 bikes accompanied by Abdul, Robert and Ishmael the riders. They offered us to build the itinerary of the day according to our desires while advising us some sites. The agency helps the children of a shanty town in front of the largest hospital in the city and offered us to visit the latter without voyeurism and without expecting anything from us. we took advantage of the presence of a small school to give a small contribution to one of the 2 teachers. One of our best experiences in Uganda.

Worth the money - I had a fantastic trip with Mohamed who works with Kampala city and slum tours. It is fun touring the city on a comfortable boda boda. I would advise future travellers to opt for an early morning trip, because kampala can get very hot and sunny during the day! Also carry extra cash for the entrance fee to some of the sites.

Awesome experience, and a perfect overview of the sights of Kampala. - Awesome experience, and a perfect overview of the sights of Kampala. Ghadafi Mosque, Bahai'i temple, royal mile, Burgandan Palace (Idi Amin torture area), slum in the center of town, huge market, the central shared taxi depot in the heart of downtown, the Hindu temple, tasting a Jackfruit and later a Rolex. And getting the smells and sights of the street up close the whole way. My driver was Francis and he was a wonderful professional. I highly recommend him to any other traveler. I was staying at a guest house in Entebbe, outside the official pickup zone set on Viator. They advised it would be more comfortable to take a car to Kampala for the start, this was an excellent recommendation. At the end of the day Francis was gracious enough to give me a ride back to my guest house, about a 40 minute haul. He knew to take a few leg stretching breaks on the way but, I really appreciate the significant time and money savings of not having to call another car. The boda may be unnerving at first but, you'll get comfortable with it. Francis, and I'm sure the other drivers, are surgeons in traffic. They drive with care and know how to safely get to the destinations. On a boda I saw at least 5x of Kampala vs what would have been possible in a car.

Such a fun way to see Kampala! - This tour was so fun! It was a highlight of our trip! All of my kids loved this. The drivers surprised me with a birthday cake and stickers on the helmets making it an extra fun celebration! We felt safe the entire time and felt like we had personal body guards any time we were off the boda bodas. They drove safely and took us to many interesting places in the city! I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone who is looking for adventure, culture, and a way to see many places in Kampala! Thank you for a great day!

Unforgettable One-Day Adventure in Kampala with Boda Boda Tour - Kampala Boda Boda Tour Review My friend and I had an amazing experience on the Kampala Boda Boda Tour, and I can’t recommend it enough! With only one day to explore Kampala, we wanted to make the most of our time, and this tour exceeded our expectations. From the start, the tour operator Yusuf was incredibly helpful, proposing a list of spots to visit and letting us tailor the itinerary to our preferences. We ended up seeing incredible places, including the Gaddafi Mosque, Owino Market, Katanga Slum, and many more fascinating sites. We had two guides, Francis and another skilled driver whose name I unfortunately forgot, but both were professional, friendly, and highly experienced. Their driving skills were impeccable, allowing us to navigate Kampala’s busy streets quickly and safely, maximizing our time at each destination. One unexpected highlight was visiting a neighborhood called Kosovo. We were curious about it because it shares the same name as our home country, and the guides were more than happy to include it in our itinerary. Overall, this tour was the perfect way to explore Kampala in just one day. It was exciting, informative, and well-organized. If you’re ever in Kampala and want to see as much as possible while having a great time, I highly recommend this tour!

Great tour - My boda city tour was amazing. Francis was a great guide. He is very sympathetic and well informed about the history and culture in Kampala. Also a great driver, so I felt safe in the busy streets of the city. The tour includes all main "must see" points in the city, and I recommend to everyone.

A great way to see Kampala - Francis came to pick me up at my hotel and on his boda boda - we went to see all the main sites of Kampala. I felt safe and well looked after. You’ll visit a slum with lots of kids and some schools so I advise to bring something for the kids (eg sweets, gifts). We had a rolex for lunch and visited places I could not have been to on my own. Thank you for the tour!
