After a client schedules our service for a particular day, we quickly reach out via message, call, or email to confirm the pickup details, including the hotel or specified location, pickup time, and drop-off destination. We also provide the client with information about the driver and the vehicle assigned for the trip. Our vehicles are well-maintained, offer ample legroom, and are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort. The driver will arrive at the pickup location 10 to 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time for a meet-and-greet session and will assist the client with loading any luggage. The client will then be transported to their destination.
