Kampala - Upon arrival, the company’s driver guide will extend a warm welcome and transport you to your hotel in Kampala. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a night out in the city or opt for a brief city tour, depending on your arrival time.

Transfer to Kibale National Park

Kibale National Park - Enjoy breakfast at the lodge, followed by a comprehensive safari briefing from your guide. Then, embark on your journey to Kibale National Park, with several stops along the way for photos and exploration.

Bigodi Community Walk & Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary - After breakfast, set out for the Bigodi community walk. The Bigodi Wetland is rich in biodiversity, hosting various primate species such as black-and-white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, L’Hoest’s monkeys, and baboons. It is also a haven for bird enthusiasts. After exploring Bigodi Wetlands (or Kibale Forest), continue your journey.

Game Drive & Boat Cruise and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable NP

Queen Elizabeth National Park - Start your day with breakfast, then embark on a morning game drive in the park’s northern region along the Kasenyi Track, seeking lions, elephants, and solitary buffaloes. This is an ideal time to witness the cats in action due to the large population of Uganda Kobs. You have an excellent chance to observe nearly every animal at close range.

Kazinga Channel - Return to the lodge for lunch, then embark on an afternoon boat trip along the Kazinga Channel. This offers a close-up view of wildlife: hippos huff and spray just feet from the boat, and buffalo linger in the shallows. The channel’s shores are also home to a variety of birds, including pink-backed pelicans, pied and malachite kingfishers, saddle-billed storks, and many others.

Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Mburo NP

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park - Begin your day with an early breakfast, then proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking in Bwindi, including guidelines and your packed lunch. Rangers will lead you into the dense rainforest to search for these gentle giants. Be prepared for unpredictable weather with raincoats and boots. Porters are available to carry your luggage for a small fee. Gorilla tracking can last from 2 to 7 hours, depending on the gorilla families’ location, and physical fitness is recommended.

Game Drive and Boat Cruise

Lake Mburo National Park - After a delightful breakfast, embark on a morning game drive, offering the chance to see wildlife such as zebras, elands, buffaloes, leopards, topi, warthogs, hyenas, and jackals, along with various bird species. Return to the lodge for lunch, and in the afternoon, enjoy a 2-hour boat cruise on Lake Mburo, observing water mammals like hippos and crocodiles.

Transfer Back to Entebbe Airport

Entebbe - After breakfast, you will be transferred to Entebbe, with a stop at the Kayabwe equator for refreshments and photography, showcasing the northern and southern hemispheres. Enjoy lunch before arriving in the evening, where the guide will drop you off at the airport or your hotel, depending on your departure time.
