• If any of the visiting places is closed, we will try to attend an alternative place.
• Customers will walk completely during the tour, hence not recommended for the people who have difficulty walking
• Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving out a gift as a compensation, depending on the situation at that time. There will not be any refunds for these changes.
• Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather, and operation.
• Late arrivals will not be entertained and joining midway is not feasible for the tour. Please arrive the meeting point on time.
• We do not supply any extra pick up & drop off service.
• If you would like to do a longer walking tour with us and explore the traditional local arts and craft of Kanazawa such as, gold leaf art, wagashi or Daruma making, we suggest you to join our 6-hours long tour.
• Please note that while we don’t provide food on the tour, we will take you to the vibrant Omicho Market in Kanazawa. Here, our English-speaking guide will be happy to answer any questions, and you’ll have the opportunity to explore and purchase fresh, local produce to try at your leisure!
• In case you would like to join the tour directly from Omicho market, then you can do so as well. But kindly inform us ahead while booking the tour. The meeting point and time in that case shall be as below: 　Meeting time, 11:15 In front of the Starbucks at Omicho Ichiba(Market)
