Filling Food Survey of Kanazawa - Met Jorge in the hotel lobby. Kanazawa has great food and we started with sushi at a restaurant in the train station. In fact, we could have spent the evening there since the sashimi was so good but we then moved to dining on grilled meats at a Korean barbecue. Finally ended up at a restaurant that serves tempura skewers. Jorge was very entertaining and gave us a good perspective of an expatriate working in Japan. Nice tour for a survey of Kanazawa cuisine.
