Don your apron and be prepared to delve into the art of Sri Lankan curry-making in their modest kitchen, following secret recipes passed down from her mother. Your private cooking tutorial will span an hour, within which you’ll uncover the steps to creating dhal (lentils simmered in coconut milk), fish or cassava curry and regional dishes like banana flower.
