What to expect:…
- Riverlife Adventure Centre - Looking for some real adventure that doesn’t look like the walls of an indoor rock climbing centre? Challenge yourself in the great outdoors and experience climbing the real rock of the Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Climbs of various levels of difficulty are available to suit everyone including beginners.
What to expect: Riverlife rock climbing sessions are guided by qualified and experienced instructors. No experience is necessary as each session includes instruction, a safety briefing (where you will learn how to rock climb) and equipment. Participants must wear and use the safety equipment provided by Riverlife. Safety equipment includes a helmet, harness, and rope. Booking essential. Complimentary showers, lockers and sunscreen are available for your use.

- Before participating, all participants must sign an Indemnity Agreement Form personally or by a guardian if the participant is under the age of 18 years
- Please wear comfortable clothes (T-shirt and shorts / ¾ pants), and enclosed shoes
- Please bring hat and sunglasses (optional), hair tie (long hair), water bottle (drinks are available for purchase)…

- Participants must be 8 years of age or older to participate . For night activities, participants must be 12 years of age or older. Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult to assist them in belaying. If no adult is present, the child will not be permitted to rock climb

Great staff, fun activity! - My partner and I went to do rock climbing for two hours. Very friendly staff members, especially our instructor Tyler who was very patient with us despite our lack of experience and took good care of us during our time. Tyler maximised our time climbing and helped us out to get us as high up as we could. It was my partner’s first time climbing and now she wants to continue. It’s also a great location with amazing views!

Twilight climbing - Rock Climbing at the Kangaroo Point Cliffs was an awesome experience. Our instructor Harry was very experienced and encouraging, which helped me make it to the top. So much fun!

Fun climbing at the Kangaroo Point Cliffs - We had a great 2 hours climbing with our guide Mitchell. We felt perfectly safe, and the routes were exactly the right level of difficulty. Thanks Mitchell!

Great experience - It was a fun experience, we all were able to climb few times. Out instructor was amazing. Overall I’m so happy and I definitely recommend.
I hope they would rent a climbing shoes….

not easy routes and 4-5 climbers in 1 line is not enough time to enjoy - it was good experience. but all of us are beginners it would have been better if the instructor gave us information about the wall climbing grades and put us to the easy routes. we were put on “grade 17” with normal shoes, no chalks, no way we will reach quarter of the height of the climb line. And to add, we were 4-5 climbers in 1 line, which means you only have less than 30 minutes of climbing when shared., i just thought $89 is not worth
