Additional Information
Whether you’re visiting KC or were born and bred in Tom’s Town, we’d love to show you around! Tours last an hour and include a look at our distilling process, a brief overview of Kansas City history during Boss Tom’s rule, and a tasting of each of our award winning spirits.
Each tour includes spots for up to 20 people, and reservations may be made online. Reservations close one hour prior to the start of the tour.

Tony was a great guide! Love Kansas City! - Tony was a great tour guide! He was so entertaining and the tour felt super natural. The distillery is like half the time and then the other half is tasting which Tony led so well

Toms town doesn’t disappoint - Great tour and tasting Tony was amazing. I learned so much and really enjoyed the experience and the tasting. The bourbon is fantastic

Must do tour in KC! - We visited Tom’s Town from out of town and highly recommend Tom’s Town to anyone visiting KC! We took the distillery tour and tasting with Tony. The tour was an excellent mix of how the spirits are made and KC local history. Tony was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and a great sense of humor to keep the group entertained. We have taken plenty of distillery tours and enjoyed Tom’s Town the most. The experience is well worth the money and I encourage everyone to also stay after the tour to experience the tasting room. The specialty cocktails are excellent and the food is tasty.

Holy botanical gin, Batman! - Tony was simply AMAZING! The immense amount of Kansas City history in the tour was SO enjoyable! I'm not drunk, but I have been drinking, and it has been some of the best gin I've ever had.

Dick did a fun tour. ... - Dick did a fun tour. Read about Tom Pendergast in advance. Such an interesting con man. Alcohol has been a huge economic boost to KCMO for a very long time.

Come for the, stay for a bite. - Great tour before drinks and dinner. Highly recommended. Richard does a great job blending the history of the distillery’s namesake, Tom Pendergast, with local info and a summary of how they distill their fine spirits. Checkout the quieter speakeasy downstairs, you’ll be glad you did.
