Jinja is about 80km while Kapchorwa is about 235 kilometres from the main capital of Kampala.Get some briefing from our driver guide and drive along Jinja road, drive on the outskirts of Jinja town,and finally the source of the Nile, continue through Iganga town andMbale town to Sipi region in Kapchorwa district.
The journey is likely to take a full day as we have many stopovers with site seeing to see the rice plantations,Swamps with some birding,view of mountain Elgon and unwind the day with a relaxation at the Sipi River Lodge or Sipi valley Resort for a coffee and briefing from the Local Guide. about the next days program.Great night out there with hissing sounds of the water falls

The area around sipi offers a breath taking moment with cool environment mostly with fresh airs coming down from Mountain Elgon. It can be a great place to visit and relax after hiking around the 3 water falls.
Sipi falls area also offers most of the Mountain Elgon climbing and hiking starting points with the most popular route of Budadiri which follows the Sasa trail to the summit which descends back down to the sipi trail of sipi falls .
