Fantastic natural beauty - Transfer was prompt and comfortable, although it took 2.5 hours from Uluwatu due to Bali's traffic. On arrival coffee an tea were offered, insurance forms signed and lifejackets helmets etc fitted, before heading to the river. This was only a short walk down a handful of steps, but shoes required. A safety briefing was given before getting into the raft. The first section had shallow water and we were required to get out and walk short distances. Once under way the river seemed to have a good flow, through some spectacular gorges. Despite recent heavy rains the river wasn't ovely fast flowing, not as spectacular as some of the photos showed. Other raft companies had a stop by a stunning waterfall, but these offer a shorter trip we we informed. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great 3 hours on the river. The facilities at the finish were basic but adequate, the buffet lunch provided can be described the same! Could have been hotter.
