A beautiful trip with beautiful impressions - We went on a day trip to Nisyros. The journey by bus worked out wonderfully. Although we booked in English, we were accompanied by a German-speaking guide. The crossing was super beautiful and very stormy that day. Our German-speaking guide was called Michael, and he spoke enthusiastically about the island, Greece, Poseidon and Greek history. We had 2.5 hours to spend in the small town around the harbor. In the early afternoon we took the bus to the volcano. We had a 45-minute stop there, which was really enough. The return journey by boat also worked out wonderfully... we were back in the early evening and looked back on a successful trip.
