We will hold a 15-minute lecture with an instructor on the shore with foyle

We will put on equipment for the class (helmet, vest, leggings, shorts, T-shirt for swimming)

Let’s start the practice on the water (the instructor will accompany you throughout the lesson, on land and on water)

The start time of the lesson will begin with your entry into the water (30 min of water practice)

E Foil is an innovative water sport that’s gaining popularity among a wide range of customers, from teenagers to seniors! It features a surfboard equipped with a hydrofoil that extends beneath the board into the water.
