Quality service, amazing price - Can’t express the professionalism showed by the team at Old City Travels, Abdullatif was amazing and really broke down all the trips and what would be best to do as we were a family of 7. He looked after us with the prices and gave me and my family quality service at such a great price. Anyone that is thinking to come to istanbul and wants to experience the Turkish thrill, whether it’s going to places like supanca, the sophourus cruise for dinner, look no further. Thank you abdullatif for your hospitality, will definitely come back to istanbul and get everything done through you again.

Exciting and beautiful trip with nice scenery - This trip is not suitable for elderly as it is quite a long trip and if they dont participate in activities such as zip line and atv, they will simply be waiting for the group to until they finish.
Visited Sapanca lake.. it was quite hot .. took some good photos but dont expect much.. if you are going with friends it might be enjoyable to sit on one of the cafes and have an ice cream.
Masuyikia & muhamadiya towns were nice but waterfalls were small. We did the zip lining which was enjoyable.. and not too high so suitable for kids. Lunch was less than average.
The highlight of the trip was mount Kertepe were we did the atv tour and visited the glass terrace. Our tour guide Jumaa was very nice and took care of the whole group.

Very disappointing - The tour does not accommodate English speaking guests, so the entire tour we never knew where we were headed or what we were doing. The lunch service was deplorable. The food was nasty, the food handlers were unsanitary. There was hair in the food and the servers took discarded bread from previous guests table to add to the incoming guests baskets. The tour description is misleading and does not align with the many money hustling activity parks we attended instead of a getaway tour from Istanbul's busy streets.

Underwhelming - To be honest, you can do without visiting this place. Nothing is included other than the travel and lunch. There will be extra costs for zip line, cable car and quad bikes.
It was a long day with not much to do. If you do not fancy one of the above activities, you simply have to wait untill the others are done.

Our experience - The tour experience was not the one we expected.
First of all, nobody contacted us beforehand. I had to reach out to the organization. I got a quick response that the pick-up time would be between 08:45 and 09:15 A.M. The pick-up time on the Viator was 08:30 A.M. On the tour morning, I texted the guide asking them to call us when they’d be there to pick us up. I got a voice message that the pick-up time was at 8 A.M. Later, another number texted me that we should be ready at 8:15 A.M.! I asked to postpone it to 08:30. It confused us and we had to leave the hotel in a hurry.
Secondly, we left the city only two hours after the pick-up. We were fine with that, though. However, the bus we were on was full of children, they were so noisy! We’ve got nothing against the tour guide but he spoke 99% of the time in Arabic. We picked the tour in English! I understand that we were among Arabic speakers and there were only three of us who spoke English. Anyway, seemed not fair.
They drove us to the places we didn’t expect to go, e.g., the amusement park and a shop. It was a waste of our time! We didn’t visit the observation deck like in the photo, and the place with ATVs was not like in the photo either.
Lunch was good, even though it was 5 P.M.
