Annapurna base camp trek - The trek was amazing and the views were incredible. Our guide Rajan was incredibly kind, helpful and also funny. And so were the porters Binod, Suka & Sushil. They have my vote for guide and porters of the year. Everything was organized very well by Ace the Himalaya so you do not have to worry about anything from the moment you land in Kathmandu until the end of your trip. Their service was immaculate and I would recommend Ace to anyone looking to trek in this region. Thank you Ace and also Rajan & the porters for this experience.

Incredible Himalayan Advernture, expertly organised and guided. The trip of a lifetime!! - This was our first ever Himalayan trek and to say it was amazing would be an understatement. The trek takes you through the most beautiful forests, quiet mountain villages, and up to The Annapurna Basecamp (ABC), which is surrounded by mountain peaks and stunning geographical landscapes. We were expertly guided by Rajan Rokaha who was calm, very hard working, positive, and set a pace to make sure that the trek was a success for everyone in our group of 6. Raj is also fun, organised, articulate and extremely knowledgeable. Our porters, Binod, Suka and Sushil were a great team. It was incredible how each day they did what seemed impossible carrying our bags up and down steep mountain paths, always happy and smiling. Rajan, Binod, Suka & Sushil looked after us at each stop making sure all our catering needs were sorted out before taking meals for themselves. These guys were like "Supermen" to us, we couldn't have asked for a better team for this awesome trek. Finally, we cannot fault Ace the Himalaya. From the moment we contacted them, they have been quick to respond with clear communication and are very organised. They met us at the airport in Kathmandu and have been here for us throughout the trip, taking care of all the logistics. Thank you all for making this a trip of a lifetime.

Beautiful and unforgettable experience - It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The scenery is beautiful, we cross the villages discovering Nepalese culture and we touch the Holy Grail when we arrive at the base camp with the mountains all around us. Rajan is a great guide who explains everything, is available for every question and his good humor is infectious. The porters Binot, Sue and Sushil were excellent too. Always available to help us. Always smiling, always kind and there to help us.

Annapurna Basecamp - Janardan (Janu), my guide, was fantastic in helping me get to Annapurna Basecamp. He and my porter, Posan, were both very patient, informative, and helpful throughout the trek. They were always positive, accommodating, and motivating. I would trust them to get me successfully through any Himalayan trek in the future.

abc track - Thank you for making this trip such a memorable one. Our guide Pasang and team have been more than accommodating even as changed accommodation and schedules along the way. As first timers hiking in Nepal it should have been daunting, but the experience turned out to be fun as we were well taken care of and well reassured throughout the journey.

Ascending the Annapurna Base Camp Trail: A Trekker’s Journey - My trek to Annapurna Base Camp was truly an unforgettable experience. It was both mentally and physically challenging, but every moment was worth it. Staying in the tea houses added a unique charm to the journey, making it even more enjoyable. Ace the Himalaya made the entire process seamless; once we booked, all we had to do was show up and relish the adventure. Our guide Pasang and Sunny was outstanding. His expertise ensured that everyone felt safe and maintained a comfortable pace throughout the trek. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our amazing porters—Shailesh, Sange, and Ujwol. Their hard work and support were crucial in helping all 7 of us successfully complete the trek. Thank you to everyone who made this incredible journey possible!

Annapurna Base Camp Trekking: Beauty Meets Basic - **Trekking to Annapurna Base Camp: A Ruggedly Beautiful Adventure** **Guide:** Our trek to Annapurna Base Camp was led by Pasang, a guide whose understanding and accommodating nature truly enhanced our experience. Pasang's ability to adjust the pace and itinerary to suit our group's comfort was invaluable, especially given the physical challenges we faced. Pasang shortened our trekking days because we wanted to spend more time in Pokhara. **Trail Conditions:** The trek itself was a test of endurance. The trails were often steep and rugged, with sections where the stairs seemed endless. A notable mention must go to the frequent presence of animal dung on these stairs, which added an element of surprise (and sometimes, a need for careful stepping) to our journey. **Physical Challenge:** Physically, this trek pushed our limits. The altitude, combined with the demanding terrain, made for a challenging adventure. It's not an undertaking for the faint-hearted but is incredibly rewarding for those who seek a test of their physical capabilities. Some of us got dizzy near the base camp. We could not sleep well too because of the coldness. We lost our appetite. **Facilities:** The accommodations and dining along the route were basic, reflecting the remote nature of the trek. The inns provided the necessities, though comfort was minimal. Expect simple, shared accommodations, often with thin walls and basic bedding. The toilets were, in a word, rustic. They were functional but offered little in the way of luxury or privacy, which was quite an adventure in itself. **Cuisine:** Food was adequate, with local dishes being the highlight. Meals were simple, warm, and served the purpose of refueling after long days of trekking. Don't come expecting gourmet dining, but the fried noodles and curry rice became comforting staples by the end of our journey. **Scenery:** The crown jewel of this trek is undoubtedly the scenery. The view of Annapurna and the surrounding peaks is nothing short of spectacular. Each day brought new vistas, with the mountain range often looming majestically over us, offering breathtaking panoramas that made every step worthwhile. Unfortunately, the view was very often obstructed by fogs. **Overall:** Trekking to Annapurna Base Camp is not for everyone, but for those who choose to undertake it, the experience is deeply enriching. The physical challenge, combined with basic living conditions, contrasts sharply with the sublime beauty of the Himalayas. If you're prepared for a rugged adventure with moments of profound natural beauty and are led by a guide like Pasang, this trek can be a highlight of your travel experiences. Just remember to pack your sense of humor for the toilets and a good pair of trekking shoes for the stairs!

One of my most memorable moments - This trip definitely one of my most memorable in life. The final view of Annapurna peak was breathtaking, makes the long days of trekking worthy. What’s surprising is the experiences during the trails. Pasang and his team has done amazing accommodating our needs. Each of us feels safe and composed. All the joys are mostly because of Pasang and his team, people we have met along the way, and the beautiful view. Namaste.
