10/10 - Everything went as amazing as possible! We did the Nagarkot Chisopani trek, some other city tours and Everest flight experience. Our guide, Chamar, was a great presence to be around. He's charming, kind and extremely knowledgable about the trails around Kathmandu and up to Everest base camp. The treks themselves were interesting routes with great views and tons of opportunities to see how locals live and eat. Furthermore, the staff at Outshine and especially Gokul were always professional, efficient and catered to our needs, even if it wasn't a part of their normal tour plans. The flight is must do for those that don't have enough time or energy to make it to base camp. All in all, I highly recommend Outshine!

Great company to trek with! - I thoroughly recommend this tour with Outshine Adventure. The tour guide Santos was fantastic - friendly, professional and caring. The trek was beautiful through villages and mountains going at my own pace. The accommodation was good. The company is honest, fair and professional in meeting all of your needs and for a great value price.

Mediocre, promises from Viator not kept by Outshine - We were very disappointed with this tour. The first day was fine, although we had no idea we would be climbing more than 100 flights of stairs to get to the first nights lodging. They served us saimin noodles for dinner. There was no attempt to accommodate us as far as food or cleanliness. The following morning we hiked on a rocky dirt road with the dust of passing jeeps and motor bikes. This is not a hike on a trail. It was an unpleasant walk on a road. Our guide was nice, but had no interest in sharing information about the plants. trees, history or topography, etc. as we walked..After 8 miles on this road, the guide flagged down a passing jeep that gave us a ride toNafarkoy. We were glad he did that as it was a very unpleasant walk. We had to pay out of pocket $42. US dollars for that. Once we got to the hotel, which was nice we were left to ourselves until the next morning when we were driven back to Kathmandu. At no point did we get the opportunity to see the areas around town. We would have liked to spend the morning hiking in the area which has interesting places to see but we were not given that option. As nice as guide was, he spent a lot of his time on his cell phone. We request partial compensation for this unpleasant experience. As an aside we manager of Outshine wanted $30 for bring us back to hotel, when it was clearly stated that they pick us up and bring us back to hotel. Overall mediocre and not as Viator offered.
