Kathmandu Valley - The journey begins at Kathmandu airport, where you’ll board an AIRBUS H125 (Eurocopter 350 Model) helicopter for a flight to Everest Base Camp. After flying over the highest viewpoint of the Base Camp area, the helicopter will continue to Lukla airport for a quick fuel stop. If there are 4-6 passengers, the flight may continue to Pheriche at 4200 meters to split the group. The flight to Base Camp will depart from 4200 meters.

07:30 AM: Refuel at Lukla
07:50 AM: Flight towards Everest Base Camp
08:25 AM: Fly over (no landing) Kalapathar Everest Base Camp
08:55 AM: Flight to Shangboche, Everest View Hotel (subject to weather) for an optional breakfast. Usually, a one-hour stop for food and views
09:35 AM: Return flight to Kathmandu, with a possible stop at Lukla for refueling
12:50 PM: Arrival at Kathmandu airport
01:15 PM: Drive to the hotel

Lukla - Stop At: Lukla, Sagarmatha Zone, Eastern Region
The first stop is for refueling. This is the airport where trekkers begin their journey to Everest Base Camp.
Duration: 10 minutes -
Pheriche - This is the old splitting point if there are more than 3 passengers. Two people will fly first, followed by three people, ensuring everyone gets a window seat for the Everest Base Camp segment.

Duration: 25 minutes - Mount Everest - Enjoy a beautiful tour of the Base Camp. This flyover offers excellent views of Mount Everest and other high peaks like Pumori, Lhotse, and Nuptse. Take the opportunity to capture videos and photos.
- Syangboche Marg - This is the breakfast landing point during the Everest helicopter flight. Stop at Hotel Everest View (subject to weather). Usually, there is a one-hour stop, and it costs USD 31 per person for a set breakfast.
- Kathmandu - Return to Kathmandu from Everest Base Camp by helicopter, with a possible landing at Hotel Everest View. The flight to Kathmandu via Lukla takes one hour. The captain may choose to fly directly or via Lukla, depending on fuel requirements.
