Your wingman for Nepal / Best Operator - Hi everyone,
If you are looking for a honest, reputable, reliable, extremely reasonably priced and committed company for your trekking, helicopter tours, city tours etc, Binod Sapkota from Nepal Trek Adventures is your go to person.
My wife and l took our 3 sons (16, 21, 22 yrs old) for a 11 day trip to Nepal. I connected with Binod via WhatsApp 3 months before our trip as I had reached out to 7-8 operators and he was the only one who reached out and followed up to helped us design a wonderful adventure. We kicked it off from our first call.
Binod took care of all our transportation needs in Kathmandu and Pokhara, guides, tours, everything. The 5 of us also did Paragliding in Pokhara which was coordinated by Binod (we’ve done it before in Switzerland and Italy) but soaring over the Himalayas and Annapurna valley was beautiful. Binod coordinated our Helicopter flight from KTM to Base Camp Everest, priceless One of our best family trips we’ve ever made. Even though it was monsoon season and weather is unpredictable, n our 3rd attempt we got a breakthrough and got to see the majesty and beauty of Mt Everest. Breath taking, pricesless!!!
We could have not done it or had the experience we had without Binod, and his team members like T.B., Prim and the rest. . He meet with us many times at our hotel and constantly was calling or checking on how things were going.
If you are planning at trip to Nepal, don’t think twice and connect with Binod, you will love it. Kudos to my dear friend Binod.
Namaste 🙏🏻

The team at Everest Base Camp Travel is organized, dedicated to helping you meet your goals and very sincere. - One of the best decisions I made when planning a trek to Everest Base Camp was to select Everest Base Camp Travel. Right from the time I made the first call which was answered by Daniel their North America affiliate to Binod Sapkota who along with his team in Nepal tailored the trek to meet the dates I wanted to go, my experience with working with them was very satisfactory. My daughter joined me on this trek and we had the best time together. Our guide TB (Tribhuvan) was very knowledgeable about the mountains, weather, the vegetation and kept us informed along the trail. He was also very encouraging and made me feel confident in my abilities to complete the trek - I am a 62 year old female. From the time they picked us up at the airport to the time they dropped us off (even though we spent an additional couple of days in Kathmandu they made the time to pick us up at the hotel and drop us off at the airport) they were attentive to our needs & comfort. They were very sincere and their goal was our goal - which was to complete the trek and have a great time doing it, which we did. They also tailored The Annapurna Circuit Trek which I had started 6 months back, but didn't complete. So after the EBC trek, we took rest for a couple of days and then started the trek from where I had left off and completed it. They really made every effort to make sure that my desire to complete both treks were met. Binod was in constant touch with TB while we were trekking and making sure that we were at a comfortable pace and doing well. The sherpas were also very courteous and helpful. The arrangements they made for helicopter ride to Lukla to start the EBC trek, to driving to Pokhara to catching a flight to Kathmandu at the end of the trek were all impeccable. In short, the team at Everest Base Camp Travel is organized, dedicated to helping you meet your goals and very sincere. My experience with them was was very satisfactory. I would very highly recommend this
company if you are planning a trek to Everest Base Camp.

Well organized Trek. Gonna come back for more! - I'm writing this on 26th May 2024. Three days have passed since I landed back to Qatar from Kathmandu. Four days since I last spent a quiet wonderful celebratory dinner with Binod Sapkota (Managing Director of Nepal Trek Advt.), Bijay Chaurasia, and Binod Duwadi (my guide). Fifteen days since I landed in Lukla to start my trek. And damnn I miss Nepal and the people already. That's proof I had a helluva amazing time, and all thanks to Nepal Trek Adventure!
From the get-go when I sent my first Whatsapp message to them back in April 2024, Binod and Bijay have been nothing but helpful and prompt when it came to their replies. Downpayments and remaining payments when smoothly, they immediately sent me PDF receipts in real time. Advices were shared weeks before I came to Nepal. Safe to say trust was already built from the start. The hotel that they arranged for me in Thamel, Kathmandu on the first and last day was also great. A nice quiet hotel in a nice quiet street, but still walking distance to the bustling shops.
I must mention the amazing guide assigned to me, Binod Duwadi (or as he calls himself, Binod Jr., so as not to confuse with Binod the managing director), Binod Jr. is good in what he does, he'll take care of you, preps you for the path ahead, see to it that you get the best rooms in the tea houses. Be sure to talk to him and be open to him and he'll always do his best to meet your needs. Also, I'd like to mention our super diligent porter Bakta, who never stops smiling and is a constant reminder that things are good :)
As for the Trek itself... it would be too long to fit here. But the memories are alive and well in my head and heart. In retrospect, as i write this in the comfort of my apartment in Qatar, the Trek was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.. It was tiring, yes (I think anyone who has done research beforehand should know it by now), but it was pretty damn amazing, that's for sure.
When I do another trek in Nepal, I'll definitely bug and annoy these guys again at Nepal Trek Adventure :D :D

Five Star EBC Trek - Our trip was everything we expected and more. We booked the high-experience so we would not have to worry about the details of the trip, be free to experience the trip and that is just what happened. Our guide met us at the airport and from then on I felt we were in good hands. Our flight had been delayed and Binod and his team took it in stride. We got onto the mountain and the trek began on time. Our rooms were booked and they were as advertised, clean and comfortable, though be aware that ammeneties become scare as the trek gets closer to Gorak Shep. Our guide TB was always handling the detials, helping is order food, get supplies we needed and showing leadership on the trail. We started early each day and most often had time for an afternoon nap. As he became aware of our hiking ability he made sure we got the experience we wanted. If we wanted to stop and take pictures—or rest—he accomodated us. He was quick to point out the local landmarks and moutains that began to appear.
When one of us got sick for a day they adjusted the schedule we got the rest we needed and the trip stayed on track. He provided hot water at night and snacks. This was important for as we climbed higher the nights got colder. I found it helpful to be direct with the guide, looking him in the eye and making sure I was understood. Both he andour porter Rham worked very hard and put our needs first.
TB was in contact each day with the team in Kathmandu and when a decision needed to be made it was done quickly and completely. Nepal Trek ADventures seemed well respected uall along the trail and we were welcomed everywhere we went. I will try to use the same company if I travel to this part of the world again and certainly recommend them highly.

Extraordinary team and trek!!! - Truly an excellent and exceptional experience with Nepal Trek Adventure & Expedition’s EBC Luxury Trek!!! The team went above and beyond in all ways to make our trip seamless, safe and spectacular. Binod is masterful in getting ALL things done, and TB and Ram were both professional and personal as well as enthusiastic in their approach to the challenging and exhilarating EBC trek! We were greeted at the airport in Kathmandu and never had to consider or worry about another detail of the trip as it was all tended to by the incredible team who did everything to make us comfortable and cared for on the 12 day trek. I highly recommend this expert group of people for your Everest experience.

Great Guide/Great Trip - Despite some weather challenges our party of two had a great adventure on a short Everest trip. Shiva was our guide and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Shiva to guide on trips to the Himalaya!

Trip of a lifetime - After reading Erin's March 20, 2024, my first reaction is "TOTALLY AGREE!!". OK - I should also explain, I was the "friend" referenced in her review, and we were in Nepal as volunteers with the Fuller Center for Housing - Global Builds.
After our week as volunteers, which was an incredibly rewarding and amazing experience, we were fortunate to top off that experience with a "Two Day Lukla" adventure.
It was truly amazing, breathtaking and an adventure of a lifetime;
- - a flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, with its "thrilling' airport,
- - a private helicopter ride - - touching down on Kala Patthar (5550m), before lunch at the Hotel Everest View (3880m), and a night stay in Lukla (2840m),
- - before returning to Kathmandu, by way of the "Tenzing-Hillary Airport (LUA).
> Binod Sapkota - Nepal Trek Adventures deserves recognition for coordinating this amazing adventure.
> Dipak - A thank you - for escorting us, on our "trek" through Lukla.
> Shiva - last, but by no means least, deserves a special thanks for being our Kathmandu guide/host. His graciousness, kindness, persistence, along with his knowledge of Kathmandu, truly made the trip so much more than expected. In a separate, afternoon tour, Shiva helped me see parts of Kathmandu, e.g. national stadium, that were off the beaten path, but amazing sites. Shiva also accompanied each of us to KTM on our departure day- - presenting us each with a beautiful gift (scarf).
From our experience - Nepal Trek Adventures - is highly recommended. Just one suggestion, two-way communications will be essential and, with this team's busy schedule, WhatsApp, versus email, may be the most effective means of communication.
Hoping to trek to basecamp on our next visit!!

Top Notch Team - The team of Binod, Shiva, and Dipak worked together seamlessly to provide a dream tour for me and my friend. We had just ended a stay in Kathmandu working with a volunteer group to build a house North of the city and wanted to cap our trip off with a once in a lifetime experience of a 2-Day Lukla tour, with a private helicopter tour and touchdown at Kala Patthar and Everest View Hotel. This trip did not disappoint!!!
From start to finish, the level of hospitality that Binod and his team offered was above and beyond. Binod met us at our hotel for an overview of our trip and helpfully answered all of our many questions. Shiva went out of his way as our guide in Kathmandu, performing multiple airport pickups and dropoffs and even went so far as taking my friend on a private tour around the city! Dipak was our guide once we landed in Lukla and handled all of our baggage, questions, and requests with professional hospitality and a great sense of humor! He handled all of our plane/helicopter tickets, park permits, meals, and tea house reservations, which kept us from having to focus on the logistics so that we could simply enjoy the incredible surroundings.
There are so many good things to say about this group, but I feel the most important and helpful thing that Binod offered, was constant accessibility through WhatsApp while we were there. He made it known that he was available to help us in any way he could, at any time during our stay. Top notch!

One in a Lifetime Adventure - It was such an adventure walking to Everest Base Camp. Everyone needs someone to rely on in this one in a lifetime situation. I chose "Nepal Trek Adventure". Saying they are good is not enough. They are not just good. They are the Best in my case.
Years in the field, Binod and Shiva are a union made in heaven. Binod was there when I was struggling to find an Insurance which proven to give me worry free. Most importantly, I got not just an experienced guide, Shiva is the Expert and super efficient.
One morning around Everest Base Camp. People said it was -20°C. I couldn't believe myself how I was conciously choosing to be in such a situation. The super long cold walk with snow here and there from Lukla to EBC, and back. Tried to prepare physically and mentally but still, it was shocking in many ways for someone from a tropical country, Indonesia, like me. Here is where a trustworthy trekking company is crucially needed. Anything happens, I have them. My guide, Shiva just knew what to do, how to do, and his suggestions were all on points. Thank you, Nepal Trek Adventure, for your service. Thank you to all Nepali for being the Guardians of the Great Mountains. It was an honour to be able to feel and touch Everest.
