Strong recommendation for Green Valley Nepal Treks - Had an incredible time with Green Valley Nepal Treks. They offered great value for money considering all of the services and teahouse amenities included in the price, and were flexible with our plans and last minute changes that arose.
Particular shoutout to our guide Bishwa and porter Bhupendra for being wonderful people to experience the Gokyo-ri and Everest Base Camp trek with, and to Arjun the owner for being so readily available to answer any and all questions we had regarding the trek before we arrived.

EBC via Gokyo and Cho La Pass - Thank you to green valley trekking for such an amazing experience. Arjun helped answer many of our questions and organised thoroughly. Our guide Bishwa taught us about Nepalese culture and the mountains. Without him we wouldnt have made it through!

Worthwhile using Green Valley - Our family had altitude sickness and fatigue problems. Our guide DK and porter Kumar were excellent problem solvers and support, making helpful suggestions on how to solve our problems as well as actioning the final plan successfully. Green Valley was well-organised and I would happily use them again. The value of a good guide and company is clear when unexpected problems arise. Thank you

Magical - I really had a great time. My guide Prayash was kind and strong and we could keep up a good pace so the days would not be to long. Everything was taken care of and for the extras i could ask my guide and he would help me in an instant. I can really recommend this agency for your travel to EBC

Great EBC trek with Green Valley! - Me and my friend have just completed the Everest Base Camp trek with Green Valley, and we are amazed by their services and high-quality guide! Our guide, Anil, is really friendly and energetic, we wouldn’t be completing this trek without the help and support from him! The owner, Arjun, is really nice and responsible too, he gave us a short briefing and prepared some necessities even though we arrived late at 10pm and were rushing for the trek starting the following day. We are really happy with the whole journey.
Please choose Green Valley and Anil if you want a youthful and memorable trekking experience!!

Exceptional EBC Trek Experience with Green Valley Nepal Treks - I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek with Green Valley Nepal Treks, and I highly recommend them. I chose this local Kathmandu-based company because the owner, Arjun, a former experienced trekking guide, hires top-quality guides and communicates exceptionally well via email and WhatsApp before, during, and after the trek. My guide, Bishwa, was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly supportive, guiding our group through the challenges of high altitude with care and expertise. The final night’s dinner at a great restaurant, included in the booking, with Arjun was a perfect send-off and a thoughtful gesture. If you’re looking for a professional and caring trekking company, Green Valley Nepal Treks is the one to choose.

Best Trekking Company in Nepal! - What an amazing experience! This company is by far the best Trekking company in all of Nepal and it’s locally owned and operated! When you arrive someone is waiting at the airport to pick you up and take you to one of the best hotels in Kathmandu. The journey from Kathmandu to Lukla was easy and quick. In Lukla your guide is waiting to great you and explain everything about the journey to come and answer any questions. Our guide Bishwa Rai was one of the most experienced trekking guides I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. His knowledge of the trail, towns, history, animals, and local customs was unmatched. He talked to each of us individually and made sure we were prepared everyday for the weather, distance, elevation, and beautiful views we were about to experience. He made sure each night we had everything we needed from food to warm accommodations at each tea house we stopped at and always made sure we could call on him day and night for any issues we had. He made us feel extremely comfortable from the start. Bishwa made sure everyone from all different skill levels made it up to EBC and back down safely! As a local guide myself in Yellowstone National Park, I personally think Bishwa and Green Valley Nepal Treks went above and beyond what I was expecting and are true examples of Nepal hospitality. What an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be back next year to summit a peak with Green Valley Nepal Treks!

Experience of a life time - Green valley has largely exceeded my expectations when it comes to EBC trekking, Arjun and his team gave us a tremendous amount of help and guidance alone our journey to the highest altitude we have ever been. Apart from the helicopter upgrade for only $5, our trekking guide Bishwa is extremely professional and easy going. I would personally request him as a guide in the future. Once again I really enjoyed my time with green valley and would strongly recommend everyone else to go with this local company too!

Fantastic EBC experience - My parents and I did the everest base camp trek with our guide Gopal and porters Arjun and Kumar. They were all incredible - so friendly and helpful on everything throughout the trip. Gopal was very patient and knowledgeable, and made us feel safe and very well taken care of, and let us go at our own pace. He is the best!
Our trip was coordinated by Raj who was also really great - he was very responsive during the trip and helped with anything that came up including flight changes, and also helped us find the best accommodations.
We loved our experience with Green Valley and would highly recommend them.

Great Everest base camp trek - We completed the Everest Base Camp Trek with Green Valley and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Everything was very organised and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Our guide, Gopal, was very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to trek with him. I am hoping to come back to Nepal for trekking/ mountaineering and will definitely be using Green Valley again.
