The ultimate aim of Everest Base Camp trekking is to reach the lap of the highest point of earth, Mt. Everest, (8,848.86 m). The adventure seeker from across the globe wishes to have the experience of reaching at least on the lap of the highest peaks in the world and therefore why thousands of travelers make it to the Everest Base Camp every year. Traversing to the Sagarmatha National Park, in which you will find the remarkable picturesque trail, and lush green hills, adorned with multicolor rhododendron forest.
- The group’s safety is very important for us. Please note that your leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Even though every effort is made to go as planned, a little change might occur in the itinerary because of weather conditions, health condition of a person, unexpected natural disasters, etc. So you’re advised to be flexible in such cases.
- In event of flight cancellation/delay in/out of Lukla:
- Due to bad weather conditions (might even happen in best season), it is very likely that the flight to/from Lukla could be delayed or cancelled so make sure you have a day or two extra in your plan.
