- The price mentioned is applicable and valid specifically for a single (1) person even though it may be booked for two people. Also it depends on the factors such as the size of the existing group, your chosen departure date or for a shared accommodation if any. For which you have to pay a single surcharge of USD 150 once you arrive in Nepal. The moment you book with us we instantly get back to you and inform you if we have an existing group or not for that particular date of your booked schedule. On in a lifetime trip - We had an amazing trekking trip to EBC. The landscape is amazing and the hospitality is great even tho the loges are basic. Special thank to our guide FT Sherpa who knows everything about the region and the sherpa culture. He is reliable and took always care of our needs and wishes. But especially when we were not feeling well, he took everything in his power so that we could recover. Thank you FT Sherpa for everything!

Amazing experience at EBC - My son and I (Suraj and Suresh) decided to hike EBC in October 2024. I talked to several tour companies and was not satisfied with any one of them. Then a friend recommended that I talk to Dipak Lamichhane the owner of Nepal Trekking Planner and I was impressed with Dipak. Our experience with this company was completely hassle free and Dipak took care of everything from start to finish. Our trek guide F.T. ( Fir Tenji)Sherpa is awesome. He knows Himalayan mountains very well and he took care of us very nicely. His attention to details is outstanding. He provided us an awesome service. He is very friendly and humble person. We highly recommend trekking planer and FT Sherpa for your amazing experience and peace of mind. FT knows well all emergency situations and he puts your health first. FT is very good at your day to day planning making sure you have an amazing experience in the mountains. He takes very nice photos too. He helped us carrying our bags when needed. All the staff at trekking planner are excellent in serving you and making sure you’re completely satisfied with everything.
Highly recommended for all your trekking activities in Himalayas. We will consider them again for our Annapurna trek in the future. Dipak arranged my helicopter evacuation and also came to see us at the hospital to make sure we were ok. Dipak pits clients interest first and above everything thing else. He is very supportive amd knows every details of your trip from the minute you land to the minute you depart. Such a kind family man.

Gem of a trekking company providing great trekking experience at a reasonable price - We had an amazing, adventurous, and successful trek to Everest Base Camp with Nepal Trekking Planner. Dipak (owner of the company) was excellent in planning and executing the trek from begining to end until we got to the airport in Kathmandu. During the trek, it was Avi (Main Guide) and his team to make sure the trekking experience was as enjoyable as possible. We are glad we went with Nepal Trekking Planner (Dipak, Avi, and Daksha) to accomplish our memorable EBC trekking experience.

Bucket List experience 💯 - What an experience! a week full of great view and hikes! Our guide FT and the porters Milan and Portmud (hopefully wrote correctly) are the nicest and made the trip really enjoyable for us to Everest Base Camp.

EBC Trekking with Trekking Planner - The decision to do our trekking with Trekking Planner was just the right one.
After arriving in Kathmandu, one of our VISA cards was retained from one of the ATMs. Trekking-Planner had contacted the bank and we got the card back from the bank after our trekking: Thanks again for that, especially the communication with the bank and the transport to the bank.
Due to unconfirmed weather conditions and whether the flight to Lukla can take place on schedule, Trekking Planner recommended that we fly to Lukla by helicopter. Unfortunately, the airline’s communication at the airport was not quite clear and we had waited 6 hours for our take-off to Lukla – but this seems “normal”. After consulting other people, this was just the right decision, as they had waited even longer for a flight to Lukla.
It came to our surprise to some restrictions regarding the promised booked Tea Houses. But that's what we had to learn, too, is normal. But the world's best guide Pemba (10 stars with distinction) could almost always find a satisfactory solution. However, it should be noted that with very limited space, especially >5000m, compromise decisions will always occur.
Guide Pemba has always cared about our well-being, whether it was in the Tea Houses about the organization and service of the food, we liked electric blankets or hot water bottles during the trek itself or a stop at a good baker. We would also like to mention the porter, Prabin, who always had a smile on his face and did the very hard job despite some changes in the route. Both Guide and Porter really did a first-class job.
The only drawback is partly the locations of lunch, here we would have liked a little flexibility. The food was always absolutely fine, but we would have liked to have stopped by another venue once in a while.
The nights, especially from 4500m will be very cold, we had partly over -20C, we would recommend renting a higher quality sleeping bag in Kathmandu.
Otherwise, the agency has left little to be desired from the booking process, via arrival, pickup, trekking etc. Communication has always been flawless. Keep it up!!!

Best travel planner - Best decision we made during our Nov 2024 EBC trip was letting Trekking Planner plan out our trip.
Everyone was very professional. I felt fortunate to have had Dibash as our lead guide. Dibash and his team ( Pardeep, Pasang, Umesh, Jivan) took good care of us and knew exactly at what phase of our hike what is needed.
There were few challenging days during our hike and Dibash and team handled them patiently and phenomenally well, they kept us motivated and provided great suggestions that helped us finishing the EBC hike successfully.
Special thanks to Deepak too for clear communication throughout our stay in Nepal and coordinating everything.

Super trekking experience to EBC with Trekking Planner. - Cannot provide enough positive feedback about the team. The owners, the guides, porters from top to bottom are incredibly service minded. More than service they take care of you regardless the issues that come up - big and small, all with a smile.
Even before the journey starts the preparation is awesome taking care of every plan and details - in this case managing the interests and variations of eight trekking members was done with attention to everyone.
And from the time we landed in Nepal till we left for home after successful completion of our trek the team was there every step of the way.
There are too many things to list here in terms of interactions we have had - starting with receiving us, welcome dinner, preparation briefing, day tour before trek began, each and every day of trek with immense attention to our needs, things that came up during our trek and handling them with ease, final day prep and getting back to Kathmandu, the day after your and farewell dinner. Each and every interaction was simply extraordinary.
I would highly recommend this team to anyone who wants to trek.

14days Trek in EBC + Gokyo - I have made a 14 days trek of EBC + Gokyo trail with Trekking Planner and their guide Sonam. Sonam is one of the most professional guide i ever seen! He is a good leader, caring, responsive and patient to any problems in the trek. Besides, his rich knowledge of Himalaya, Sherpa's culture and the mountains made the trek full of joy and informative.
Also, Trekking Planner is so well organizing and flexible to tailor-made the itinerary with my tight schedule. Their all-in-one package let me never worry about any accommodation or transportation in the trip. Highly recommended to my friends and anyone for travelling in Nepal.

Great comms pre trip. Friendly family business. Excellent service in resort and on the trek. Felt safe & looked after. - All inclusive service for a great price.
Prior to coming out it Kathmandu the communication was great to finalise details and arrange airport transfers.
Family business and all members and their team ensured we were looked after and aware of all requirements. The trip played out exactly per the itinerary.
In the mountains our guide Gyaljen Sherpa was the best. Super experienced and knowledgeable. Spoke very good English so had lots of laughs and fun times. He looked after us well in the tea houses each night.
Porter service also very good to ensure we enjoyed our days instead of carrying heavy bags.
The trek itself exceeded expectations. Visited the first two weeks of November and had blue sky & sun each day. Cold on nights but hot water in a bottle & good quality bag ensured a good sleep.
