Excellent repeat experience - This is my second trip with Nepal nomad and Sarba. I had done the EBC route alone 5 years back and did it again this time with my two teens. As always, Sarba ( the owner) is extremely conscientious . He was worried about our kids and how they would handle the cold. We received clear and relevant tips on what to do and what not to. Right from the time we booked to the time we returned home, he was always available by all means of communication, took care of things in advance for us and generally looked after our comfort as best as he could given the weather. Since we had booked a private tour, he customized it for us how we wanted it and was very flexible with the itinerary. He is extremely customer friendly, really caring and it’s a pleasure to do a trip with him. His rates are half of the western operators. All my future Nepal trips would be with Nepal nomad. Would really recommend this company to anyone thinking of going there.
