Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,438m/11,280 ft): 5 - 6 hours

Namche Bazaar - Namche Bazaar is very Famous mountain Sheepa’s Village.
It is located within the Khumbu area at 3,440 metres at its low point, populating the sides of a hill. Most Sherpa who are in the tourism business are from the Namche area.

Namche Bazaar to Khumjung (3,810 m/12500 ft): 4-5 hours

Khumjung - Trek to Khumjung Village situeated in Sagarmatha national park- A world Heritage Sites.

Khumjung to Tengboche (3,870m/12694ft): 4-5 hours

Tengboche - Trek to Tengboche-In the village is an important Buddhist monastery, Tengboche Monastery, which is the largest gompa in the Khumbu region. The structure was built in 1923

Tengboche to Kyangjuma (3,570m/11,710ft): 4-5 hours

Sagarmatha National Park - Trek to Kyamgjuma,which is situated in Sagarmatha national park.

Kyangjuma to Monjo (2,840m/9,315ft): 4-5 hours
