Kathmandu World Heritage Tour and Preparation
Kathmandu Durbar Square - Begin your day with breakfast at your hotel, followed by a guided tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Swayambhunath Temple - Next, visit Swayambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple, for breathtaking city views.
Boudhanath Stupa - Then, explore Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world.
Pashupatinath Temple - Afterwards, visit Pashupatinath Temple, a sacred Hindu site, to witness traditional rituals.
Conclude the day with last-minute shopping for the upcoming trek.
Scenic Mountain Flight to Pokhara and Trek to Tikhedhunga
Pokhara - Start your day with stretching and breathing exercises, followed by sun salutations to honor the sun.
Practice calming breathing techniques and recite a peace mantra for inner tranquility. After breakfast, enjoy a scenic flight over Nepal’s stunning landscapes.
Upon arrival in Pokhara, begin the trek to Tikhe Dhunga, hiking along the river and through diverse landscapes.
Once in Tikhe Dhunga, freshen up and participate in evening meditations to unwind. End the day with a delicious dinner and a restful night’s sleep.
Trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani
Ghorepani - Start the day early with morning prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra.
After breakfast, embark on the trek, which is the most challenging day as we ascend higher.
Begin the adventure with a scenic walk on stone steps to Ghorepani, covering approximately 18 kilometers in about seven hours. Conclude the day at a guest house at 2810 meters, where we can meditate and enjoy dinner.
Sunrise at Poonhill, Breakfast at Ghorepani, and Trek to Tadapani
Poon Hill - Begin the day with an early hike to Poon Hill at 3210 meters. The one-hour hike offers stunning sunrise views and vistas of ten different mountain peaks.
Engage in the usual morning routine of prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra, all with a magnificent view of the Himalayas.
Tadapani - After descending to Ghorepani, enjoy a light mountain breakfast before trekking to Tadapani. Rest for the night at a guest house at 2700 meters, where we can meditate and have a delightful dinner.
Trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk
Ghandruk - Start the day with the usual morning routine of prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra.
Upon arrival in Ghandruk, take a break to relax. Visit the Gurung village and the Cultural Museum to learn about the local culture. End the day at a guest house, where we can meditate and enjoy a delicious dinner.
Trek from Ghandruk to Pokhara
Pokhara - Begin the day with the usual morning routine of prayers, stretching, sun salutations, yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a peace mantra.
Take a Jeep ride to Nayapul and then another to Pokhara. Upon arrival in Pokhara, enjoy a delicious lunch and a relaxing one-hour boat ride.
Receive an Ayurvedic massage to rejuvenate. Spend the evening in Pokhara and attend a sound healing session for inner peace.
Scenic Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
Kathmandu - Start the day with a prayer, followed by warm-up exercises, Suryanamaskar (sun salutation), Yogasana (yoga postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), and conclude with Shanty Path (peace mantra).
After breakfast, embark on a deluxe bus/coach drive back to Kathmandu, a journey of approximately 7 hours.
