A must on your visit to Nepal - The experience was excellent! I leaned to make so many great vegan Nepalese dishes which I ate through the week I was in Nepal - our chef was brilliant. He was easy to follow and made our food presentation look fantastic. The food tasted amazing

Cooking the Nepali Way - Nish was a great teacher to someone who has no cooking experience at all (except from steaming, broiling and boiling). I love the chicken curry and milk tea. I’d definitely try the recipes when I get back home in the Philippines. 🙂

Must do! - My friend and I took the class and it was so much fun. They modified the menu to be gluten-free and taught us good local tips. We aso enjoyed being taken to a local spice shop and were able to buy some of the spices to take home. The ladies who taught were kind, funny and taught well!

Must do in Kathmandu - Great experience at Nepal Cooking School, learning about Nepal's rich cuisine and culture whilst having a lot of fun (and food). The sister duo running the show were friendly and very knowledgeable! It was wonderful to learn that all ticket proceeds go towards a foundation empowering and sponsoring Nepali women and children :)

Delicious and fun! - I attended a brilliant Nepalese cooking lesson where I was able to cook Nepalese pizza, momos, daal, and carrot pudding. The experience was incredible! The chef was amazing at cooking, as well as friendly and entertaining throughout the session. Exploring Nepali culture with their foods was an amazing experience. The presence of hands-on cooking class gave me the opportunity to produce food from a raw state, from buying choice ingredients, to being able to learn recipes that are quite challenging like momos. Three Nepali menus, each consisting of four items, were presented in the class and I got to choose my favourite ones! In a nut shell, it was a wonderful and enlightening experience, I would definitely recommend for any one, with an interest in Nepalese food and traditions.

Amazing Experience - I cannot recommend this experience enough, it was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Not only did I get the opportunity to cook new dishes and learn about new foods, before the class officially started the staff escorted me to local markets to give me information about produce and and the history of those in the country. And doing the actual cooking class, the instructors were able to explain the processes and the origins of things. And they would show me how to prepare certain things and then allow me to demonstrate, and they always To see if I had any questions. This was one of the most fun experiences I had in Nepal, and if I come back, I am 100% doing it again.

What a great experience! - This was one of the most fun and authentic experiences of the week and a half I spent in Tibet and Nepal. It's fascinating learning, delicious, interactive, fun and the people running it couldn't have been nicer.. Even better that it's supporting an important cause.

It was a nice experience - It was a nice experience learning more how to cook Nepalese traditional cuisines! The staff was friend and everyone was trying to help us! Unfortunately, we only didn't like the part of shopping, we only went shopping for spices and back to the class Overall it was worth it 😊
