good recipes - It was fun. I did not see any benefit of the shopping experience and it took much time. We could have made an additional recipe without the shopping. The recipes that we did make were good and representative of the area. I did not like the 4 flights of steps required to get to the kitchen. Overall it was good.

Must not be missed! - Amazing cooking class where you learn to make the most delicious of foods! The hosts were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable on everything Nepali food. I ended up by myself in a class, however felt very comfortable and the hosts were like old friends. Learning (and eating) four courses leaves you very full and content! ☺️

Wonderful c class Tuesday by to great woman. - We had a great time at the Nepali cooking class. The two ladies who led the class were wonderful and friendly and very informative. We really enjoy going for a walk to buy our groceries and learning about it, local grocery store and spice store. We also really enjoyed cooking and it turned out delicious. Best, we now have a copy of the recipes and so we think we'll hostate a Nepali dinner for friends and family

Great way to learn how to cook nepalese dishes. - This a great way to spend a few hours for anyone who loves food, especially local food. The hosts were very knowledgeable about local food and took us to the market. There they showed us local spices and vegetables and collected the food for our dishes. We got to choose a 4-course meal which they showed us how to cook, and in my case helped us out a lot. It was a fun way to spend 3 hours and get to meet people, all while helping a good cause through the Cooking Schools Foundation. The also email you the recipe cards after

Top !! - I had a great time during this cooking lesson. I was only with two other people so we had time to chat and ask questions. The three ladies who took care of us were very friendly. Two of them spoke English very well. We started by going to the local market to buy the vegetables needed for the recipe. And a quick stop at a spice and tea store. I learned lots of things and had fun. I recommend !!

Good but could improve - The staff are professional and friendly and the food cooked was delicious however there were several things that could improve. For the amount you pay, the food is not enough to make you full. Also, the whole lesson took 2 hours compared to the 3.5 as advertised. The entire night felt very rushed. Some of us were still eating our desserts and the staff were already handing us out evaluation forms. Another thing is for a cooking lesson, you would expect to have your own cooking station and making your own portion but some were put in pairs and had to cook together.
