Om Shanti Shanti! - If I could put here 100 stars instead of 5, I’d do it in a heartbeat. Shanti, your guide on 7 Heritage UNESCO trip - is a star herself. Professional, polite, attentive, service-minded, smart and knowledgeable, I was so lucky to have her on my first day in Kathmandu. It’s worth every penny you pay for your private tour. I felt so welcome and safe during the whole day, this matters for solo travelers! It’s a lot of information to digest at once but at the same time it’s the best way to see all in one if you are limited in time and your guide will make sure you don’t get too tired or bored, always checking on you and leading with good pace. Shanti took great care of myself and my needs, and I’m very grateful she was my guide in creating all those amazing memories. Visiting Nepal was my dream since a while and this tour showed me so many reasons to fall in love with Nepalese culture. Thank you guys for this smooth experience, special thanks to Shanti!

Amazing! Helped us learn a ton in a short time. - Sarita was simply incredible. She's clearly a passionate scholar of Nepali history, and was able to answer every question we had in great detail. She's also a fun hang! We really enjoyed spending two days with her and soaking up her knowledge of Kathmandu and it's incredibly intricate history. She was kind and flexible and able to respond to our different levels of comfort with different things at whatever time. We highly recommend booking with Himalayan Advisor but especially Sarita!

Well informed guides - We had such a great time during our short stay in Kathmandu. Our guide Shanthi greeted us early in the morning and took us to see all the unesco sites. She gave us a clear history of Nepal and highlighted the important architectural significance of the symbols used in the Hindu and bhuddist temples. The views were obscured by the fog on the day but we had a most enjoyable time on our tour.

We saw just about everything in Kathmandu. - We saw just about everything in Kathmandu on this private tour. Shanti, our tour guide was knowledgeable on all the sites. This was all new to us so it was a lot of information to absorb. We even locked out and we say the Kumari. We got pamphlets at each destination so we can go back and match up pictures and names. Take plenty of water with you and maybe a snack. It can be a long day. We were gone from 9am -6pm.

Excellent Tour and Guide - I did this on my own as I'd have never been able to get to all the place, especially in one day. My guide Shanti Karki was professional, friendly and full of information. We saw so much, even the royal Kumari! The driver was excellent, too. All in all a great and very well-organised tour which Is fully recommend!

Amazing day in Patan & Bhaktapur - Patan and Bhaktapur are absolute jewels and a must see in Nepal. The tour I went on was organised by Himalayan Advisors (I simply chose then off Tripadvisor and I’m happy I did so), and Rabina was my guide. The organisation was great and the agency was super flexible & understanding with me: I had to change the date of the tour at the last minute and they allowed me to add one more item to the trip. All comms was done through WhatsApp and was very straightforward; they were very responsive. Rabina was punctual, super nice and extremely knowledgeable. I hope to remember a quarter of all the history and tales she went through. She was also patient with all my picture taking & shopping. All in all, a great day - highly recommend.
