During our rickshaw journey in Kathmandu, we’ll also traverse Ason, the city’s most bustling market, where vendors sell everything from sun-dried buffalo meat to an assortment of spices, electronics, and fabrics.

Rickshaws are an accessible mode of transportation for anyone who wishes to explore the intricate gullies spread across the Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its nearby areas. While exploring Kathmandu on a rickshaw, we also pass through Ason, the busiest bazaar in the city that sells anything from dried buffalo meat to a variety of spices, electronics, and textiles. The bazaar is also one of the two legendary India-Tibet trade routes that pass through Kathmandu.
